Friendly and helpful staff that are always available. Great location in CBD, City cat terminal nearby as well as central station and queen street mall. Facilities were good (pool was out of action but gym was decent). Guest car parking available for a price but was reasonable and easy to use. The beds in the apartment were super comfortable.

The apartment kitchen could be better equipped, was missing some basics like a bread knife and something to drain water from a saucepan. Though the apartment was comfortable and spacious, some areas need a little TLC due to expected wear and tear, including the fridge exterior at the bottom which had seen better days. These are just cosmetic issues though, on the whole, this is a good place to stay.

Rooms are spacious, clean and the staff were helpful in providing additional dishwashing Powder et cetera. Gym was small but had a good range of equipment. Kitchen was well-stocked and had a full size fridge.

I booked four rooms and asked for mine if possible to be facing North or East to get a sunny balcony. Mine was the only room of the four that faced South (no sun at all). They did offer to move me the next day but too busy working by then. The sauna is in a corridor with nowhere to leave your clothes, some hooks on the wall would be handy. If you're on a lower floor it is hard to get a lift between 8 AM and 9 AM as they are often full when they arrive going to the ground floor.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure, very quiet even though we had a balcony above the main road we couldn't hear anything. Easy to access.

Over priced considering you can't use the pool half the year, also have to clean your own dishes, and dispose of all rubbish from the room bins into the hotels large dump bins, this includes seperating your rubbish and recycling. For the price we paid per night, I didn't expect to have to take my own rubbish bins out, or make sure I've stacked the dishwasher and turned it on before checking out. Aircon unit worked well but was extremely noisy. Shower pressure was great but the shower temperature constantly changed no matter what you set it too.

Apartment was fantastic, amazing view. Clean, tidy and everything you need for your stay. Its a shame they have built that other Apartment directly in front but our Apartment was on the side. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking. It's like the parking for visitors is a secret. They need to provide more direction rather than just saying Rich Lane...or they need better signage to find how to get into the visitor parking. Lifts were confusing with carpark also, couldn't work out that levels 1 to at least 5 was a carpark. Again this needs better signage on the lifts. Certain levels in the carpark you have to walk up or down the car ramp...very dangerous.

The view was amazing from our room on the 42nd floor. It was overlooking the river and the sunsets we had each night were fabulous. The location was good , near the river which has a great walk along the bank. The riverboat stop was really handy, but we had to go to the bus station to get tickets as the free Kitty cat was always full. So the paid for City cat was both bigger faster with seats outside so worth paying the extra. There are great restaurants nearby and the big shopping malls are just a short walk down the road. Great beds too.

We were a bit confused after check in as no one explained about the fob on the key and how it opens the door to the hotel and works the lifts. But we soon found that out. The blinds felt like they would not give privacy as quite thin and let the morning light in.

Excellent view of the fireworks and 'flyover' for the Riverfire festival. The view from the balcony allowed us to see from the Storey Bridge across to Southbank. We saw the whole display from a very comfortable position.

There were long lines and waits for the lifts. One or two were not operational making getting to and from rooms very difficult. Many people were quite frustrated. There was no system of allowing a staff member to permit a guest on the lift, so someone had to come down and then ride back up to collect other party members, thus adding to the congestion.

We loved the space it offered, the balcony was a great size, kitchen has everything we needed, ample storage space, and loved that it had a washing machine, dryer and clothes rack.

The bed was hard, I couldn't chromecast to the TV it kept saying the TV was not on the same wifi and off-line. There was an oven tray that wasn't cleaned. The housekeeping seemed a bit too much, myself and my partner are Clean people and I understand the hotel is trying to keep the hotel in great shape but it felt like we were the housekeepers/cleaners. We had to take our own rubbish out, place all our dishes into the dishwasher, and keep the place clean. It's just a little annoying because the whole reason u go and stay at these places is to relax and not freak out if you'll be charged more for not doing these things. All this stuff is common sense but it just makes you wonder.

Great central location. Was ideal place for a family of 7 to stay together for a wedding locally. 711 & coffee shop directly downstairs was very convenient. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Views over the river are amazing!!!!

We stayed in Room 545. It was a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment but the bathrooms were quite dirty. Both showers upstairs had dirty screens and are in need of a deep clean. When we first arrived, the downstairs toilet hadn’t been flushed… not sure if from housekeeping or previous guests but wasn’t pleasant to walk into.

Picked the property due to its location and the river view and we were not disappointed. Ideal sized room for a couple which was clean and tidy. Most important was the bed was comfortable. Little cafe at the front door did excellent coffee for us to have first thing. Close to the river and lovely restaurants

Mmm, not happy that the internet did not work, we were offered another room but having unpacked we just could not be bothered. I understand that the routers do break down, but I would have assumed that they could have swapped the, out ?

The location was excellent as there wasn't a problem getting public transport buses and ferries were close by. It is walking distance to the Mall and grocery shops, newsagents and cafes were very close by. The view of the city and Brisbane river was great. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff were always helpful with any queries.

There could've been more glasses and plates to use. The air-conditioning was ordinary - didn't work very well. Would've liked it to be a bit cooler. The 7th floor is a bit of a rabbit warren. Would've been good to have better directions to gym and pool.
