First ever stay at a Quest Apartment and given it was a 2 week stay my lasting impression is the brilliance in staff recruitment. I make special mention of Emma, Sky and Kumar who all understand the key qualities required in meeting the needs of guests. Sadly a rarity. No doubt for this reason there would be a high rate of returning guests. That aside I was very pleased with the comfort and amenities in my spacious studio. Something of a hidden gem in this pocket of Brisbane.

We have stayed at Quest on several occasions and always enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment this time and the last time we stayed being, we did not get a room with a river view, which we had requested. I realise the view is not absolute but on our 1st stay we did have a room with at least a partial view of the river on a high floor and loved it. I realise there are other quests to consider but we did book several months in advance. Hopefully next time we will get our room choice. Regards, Karen.

Did not get the room we requested

Very spacious apartment that had a good view. It had everything required with a well equipped kitchen, full size fridge and washer and drier in the apartment The balcony was very spacious. Was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Right across from the Breakfast Creek Hotel

The area around it has very few facilities such as shops or corner stores. Really need to go into the city or elsewhere for shopping requiring a taxi ride which varied in price depending on the driver and time of day. We paid between $15 and $30 per trip. It was a very busy weekend in Brisbane so Taxi's were a bit hard to get and Uber was very unreliable

Room and building were clean. Very friendly, informative and efficient staff on the front desk. Comfortable room. Free washing machine and dryer use was good. Convenient location to river, bus and ferry.

Some of the dogs in the lift/building a bit smelly but just searching for a didn't like really! Be good if the hours you could use the washing machine and dryers was extended (probably a noise issue though for those on level 1)

Very friendly staff, they adhered to our request for extra coffee/sugar/milk It was great to have a two bedroom with the master having own amenities

Our 'King' bed was infact 2 single beds pushed together. Whilst not a bit g issue, husband & I are cuddlers when we sleep & notice to middle of the bed dip where the beds were joined.

Location. North facing unit. Close to Mica cafe, Albion Park, lovely walks along river bank, quiet.

TV options offered. No sport, movies, Netflix, SKY... Twin bed made into king - must have been older style as could feel the hard join.

Stayed at this same hotel for 6 nights the week before. It is convienient, comfortable and the staff at the front desk are great. Our only issue this time was our room smelt of a dog recently being in the room when we arrived. We opened the windows and ran the air cond and the smell seemed to go away. The previous week no such smell , so that was a just a little disappointing this time.

Staff were amazing. Location was perfect. So close to everything. Staff went out of their way to help

We had an accessible room for some reason.. not required.......so the shower had curtains only and water covered the floor which made it very slippery.

The man at front desk was amazing. Super friendly and very helpful.

Our room had a vomit smell that seemed to come from the carpeted area at the entrance of the room. Though, reception sent a cleaner to our room each night to clean the carpet and mask the smell.

The stafff were amazing and very accommodating. The location was awesome as we had a horse racing at Albion Park and I'll be back next year when we race there again.
