Cleanliness and amenities. friendly staff
The car park fees were advertised on booking website as $15 but we got charged $20. A tissue box in the room would be handy wifi got disconnected without obvious reason and I had to hot spot my device to be able to continue watching/streaming. Aircon played up and, though a staff fixed it by knocking on next-door apartment!, I thought each apartment is a separate entity. No signs as which parking spots are for casual residents and which one are reserved for permanent ones. noisy surroundings

Room was spacious and comfortable, shower was clean, plenty of outlets for charging. It was quiet in the room as well, washer and dryer were in a convenient location in the room, had it's own little space. Laundry detergent and dish soap was provided along with dishware and cooking utensils.
Location was a bit further than expected, first time in Brisbane and didn't know that it was a 45 minute walk from the bus stop. I didn't mind the hike, but my friend suffered slightly

It was cosy, comfy and quiet! The apartments seem reasonably new so everything feels and appears fresh and clean! Also, I left a phone charger behind and the owners are kindly posting it back to me!
Found the touch pads to open the doors confusing to begin with but once I was used to them, I think they’re great so you never have to worry about a key/keycard again!

Very spacious, nice balcony, close to everything we needed in walking distance.
Our secondary door did not turn on for 10 minutes causing us to lose access to the primary door to our apartment on Saturday evening for this period

The size of the room was excellent. Excellent security for an older person on their own.
My only concern would be, their was a microwave but no crookery or utensils (only 2 tsp s)if you chose to eat-in.

Super convenient area and the rooms were a great size and really comfortable. Staff was really friendly and helpful, made the stay more enjoyable.
Value for money, $900 a night is very expensive even for a three bedroom apartment. They have a new self check in system and it didn’t work too well, but I’m sure that will change as time goes on.

I liked the room layout and the aesthetic of the apartment. Very spacious too
The single beds were uncomfortable. Luckily there was 2 king beds so we could all sleep in the same beds so there was enough room for sure :)

Floors were quite gritty from the first day, ended up wearing shoes the whole time as feet/socks were black.

the couch as a bed wasn’t very comfortable and we were only given one blanket which wasn’t very warm in winter. some extra blankets and pillows left in a cupboard would be good for customar comfort.
