Loved our stay. From the lovely reception staff to the quality furnishings in our apartment, we couldn't be happier. Was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Internet facilities were lacking a little, however staff informed us that there was an ISP issue that was still being sorted out - this is completely understandable and certainly didn't hamper the experience.

The room was lovely, clean, I loved being up on the high floor (39), the location was perfect. And I would like to thank the staff member Nathaniel who was a delight to us and extreamly helpful! We had lots of questions and requests that he was more then happy to assist with. (Wine tour girls!!) thank you Nathaniel!

Excellent for our family. 3 x day lockdown happened while here but was roomy enough not to fell shut in.

Window in child’s room opened easily with no security screen & a long way down. Was opened by 8 yr old and her little sister who leaned out for a look. Could have been a disaster. Luckily the height scared them. We all had a heart attack. Was def a dangerous incident as the shelf in room was right against the window. Too easy a trap for inquisitive little kids.

Right across road from RBWH, apartment was self contained & so spacious. Staff helped out so much. Facilities were amazing. Made the whole trip so much better. Space for my 4 kids & I to spread out. Able to do a load of washing at night. Convenient location.

Few mozzies/midgies coming off the water down near the pool. Pool a little deep for little kids.

Room was lovely, so nice to have a kitchen and a separate room for the kids. There were 2 bathrooms in our little apartment which was really nice. The beds were very comfortable.

Only thing I can be negative about was not having a TV in the master bedroom. The kids had one in their room which was great.

The location, I was walking the the RBWH for daily radiotherapy treatment at various hours, the walk only takes 5 odd minutes (depending on lights) but when my appointments were at night the streets are well light up and I felt safe to this this. Reception staff were wonderful and rounded up extra toilet paper (cause we were there for a couple of weeks in a row) and an extra soft blanket for me. Beds and pillows as usual are comfortable, and love the fact that washing machine and dryers are in each room, makes it so much easier when you have to be away from home for weeks at a time. Deliveroo never got lost either. We have stayed here multiple times (and at other oaks i.e. festival hall) and the have been consistently good.

We loved that we could walk to the RBWH to visit a sick family member. there was no noise from any other guests and reception staff was very friendly and happy. We loved the full size kitchen and laundry ability. The kids and visiting grandchild where happy. Thankyou.

nice huge pool, pretty gardens, good gym + sauna & close to the city

we had a security guard come and knock on the door multiple times saying they had noise complaints - we thought the kids were being too loud but turns out you aren’t allowed on your verendas after 10pm - which was weird.

Convenient location (Very short walk to entrance to RBWH, perfect if visiting for medical). Clean tidy and well equipped for short or long stay. Secure and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. TV in lounge and bedroom was a plus and Austar was also appreciated. Overall excellent stay

The reception staff were extremely friendly and always helped as much as possible. Give them a raise!
