Size of the room was a surprise with lots of room, the view to the beautiful river was incredible, shower head was really good, loved the wall between shower and toilet was handy, double glazed bedroom windows were handy and very close to lovely shops and restaurants. A lot of variety of shops. Very organised management with messages and after hours instructions. Very happy.

It was out totally out of your control but the noise of patrons at nearby pub a bit loud. It was Friday though so expected to make noise. They came out of lift very late at night and super noisy going to their room. Our room was next to Managers room so we heard the door open and close whilst we were asleep.

Well located, close to public transport (ferry and bus). Dan Murphy’s and good pub next door; restaurants and other facilities close by. Great value for money. We occupied a “skyline” room with adjacent large open air terrace. Great views.

The property is old and could do with some upgrading. However, that aside, the accommodation is very comfortable, and the views from the 5th floor terrace make up for any downside.

The accommodation is in easy walking distance of the train stasion and is walking down the slight hill. The room was lovely as always as this was our 3rd visit. Once in bed the road noise is getting easier to sleep. This accommodation is handy for transfering to the International Airport early in the morning., In the room there is a kettel and supplies for a cup of tea or coffee which is very handy.

Best location with awesome coffee shops close by and also a popular Gelato shop. Very close to bus and ferry public transport. Staff were fantastic and approachable. when not wanting to stay in CBD concrete jungle but still close enough

Not much except air con was a very noisy box AC that took quite a while to cool down room after a day out, but it drowned out the early morning traffic noise when sleeping in later.

The view was beautiful, and the room very comfortable with a high standard of cleanliness. It was situated in a perfect location, and priced fairly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again some time. Thank you!

We were really disappointed that there was no functioning restaurant at the time of our stay, as we would have used it for our meals.

The location is great, easy to get into once you've done it once. Close to the pub for a meal and Dan Murphys next door. Beautiful rooftop over the river and the city.

The road noise was terrible, but we worked out that we had left the bathroom door open for a bit of light to find it during the night, but there is a grill at the top of the window that lets in the road noise.

It is very handy to the airport and the pub and has everything needed for an overnight stay before an early flight.

There is reality that there are no quiet rooms given the proximity to Kingsford Smith Drive, but we would certainly stay again.

We had a nice view, the room was clean and comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be next door to the Hamilton Hotel which is where we normally walk to for dinner when arriving for an overnight stay near the Airport.

Refreshing the lift flooring and wallpaper would be a huge improvement. Also painting the hall ways. As it's your first experience after checking in it's not a good first impression of how pleasant the rooms are. The road outside is understandably high traffic noisy so we were pleased not to be right at the front.

Proximity to the conferance/reunion I was attending. The manager happily rearranged my booking from a double to a twin without any hassle. As I needed to be at the function before check in time the front desk took my luggage and stored it, then transferred it when the room was available. He gave me my key and room number so I could go to my room when I returned later.

For the price I paid I can't complain. I was aware of a little road noise but I come from the country so I am not used to any noise after 8pm.

Fantastic location, ferry service into city just a few minutes walk, walking distance from Ascot train station/easy access to airport. Very helpful and friendly reception. shops, cafes and a few restaurants within walking distance. comfortable bed and very clean throughout. lovely communal skyline roof deck area, fabulous views across the river (great for sunsets)
