Friendly & very helpful staff. Very clean & comfortable. Good compfy bed & pillows. Ideal location & 10min walk to Chattanooga for Dining & Wine Bar in Brunswick St. Great Value.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I'm going back next week.

Clean and fresh beds

The fresh milk pots provided where left out with the teabags and sugar etc, so were warm, and went lumpy when poured into a drink. Also found that they were out of date by a few months (20-05-23, and we were there on 11-08-23!!) There is however a great little cafe at Kennigo Hotel on Kennigo Street. Not far at all. The cleaning of the apartment seemed to be centralised largely on the beds. But it did us for a night stay in Brisbane. Also parking is first come first served. We were lucky to get a spot, and it’s metered parking outside.

Appreciated the availability, the freedom for noise (perhaps an allowance made as it was NYE), and the location. Made it easy to decide whether or not we even wanted to go out. Which I personally didn't, but my friends did.

My fault entirely, I just have no idea how big 200 sq ft is. So it was small to my untrained eye but they had larger options I simply didn't choose due to time constraints. In hindsight, I'd have chosen the larger option if I knew I wouldn't be going anywhere just so the space was a bit larger and nicer. Also, just a funny thing, the soap dispenses SO much per use! Always shocked us.

Located close to all we wanted to do and the staff were very good. We took up advice about eating at an Asian restaurant and were very glad we did. Premises is very secure and area relatively quiet for a central location.

The rooms are getting dated and could do with minor works that will add to a good visitor experience. Also we enjoy a coffee in a mug in the morning and felt we were using under sized cups. Minor issue but you have asked!

We had an amazing stay. We couldn't complain about anything. It was walking distance where we needed to go and clean, the room was a little on the small side but I've stayed in smaller rooms and we didn't care as we were there to go out and come back to sleep, couldn't ask for better. Staff were extremely friendly. We were lucky to get a park at the establishment and that's where the car stayed because we could walk everywhere. Thanks for a great stay.

I remember my parents staying here a long time ago pre 2000. It was in a quiet area and fell asleep to the sound of rain on roofs a childhood memory of growing up in Cairns. It is all you need for a short stay. Great shower and water pressure. Secure location! Had a nice long sleep and surprised myself sleeping in to 8am

There was a strange pet odour in the Lobby not that offensive to the nosr

Room was basic & clean. Front desk staff friendly enough & helpful. Somewhat overpriced for what it is, but the location was great & quiet, just a short walk from the Wickham & train station. And free parking too.

Room smelt a bit like cleaning supplies & there was a wet spot on the carpet outside the bathroom door. There was also no hair dryer, maybe it was at the front desk & needed to be requested?

older style appartments . small but clean . Fair bit of traffic noise but minutes from Royal Brisbane Hospital and Brunswick street .Security parking was a huge bonus !! The manager was a lovely German man who was very kind and helpful

Location was good. Easy walk to Fortitude CBD. Chinatown and Music Hall. Very clean. Quiet mostly. Friendly manager. Bed comfy and nice linen and towels. Parking inside the gate. Good value.

Outdated. Needs some maintenance. Taps in bathroom leak after use. Shower head water very hard. Light not working above fridge.

Easy walking distance to Ekka, daughter joined us for the day she walked from Fortitude valley station. We had somewhere to park our car. We had a little balcony to watch, the excited people walking past to from the Ekka.

Bit confusing when arrive, how to enter. Need to call reception to be let through driveway gate.
