Easy to find, Comfortable, lots of under cover parking at the back of the motel.

The rubbish bins were not emptied from the last occupants, there were also opened soap packets in the shower

very comfortable, affordable, spacious. I appreciated that the room was made available to me so that I could arrive and setup in my room before attending an afternoon festival. I thought it was very efficient and helpful of them to accomodate me.

It was hard to find where reception was, needed more signage or a greater explanation provided in check in notes (although it is possible that it might be in those notes and I did not read them properly). Outdated decor but that is not a bother for me just wanted to make that comment in case that is helpful - modernising would likely mean a rate increase so it might be that remaining as is is good enough so that it remains an affordable rate.

The apartment was easy to find and a great central location for our visit . The room although older was clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, I was charged twice for the room but was contacted about this and the overcharge was repaid. We even stayed an extra day and the staff member who helped with this on a Sunday was great and made it easy.

I found everything fine nothing to complain about.

The beds were soft and clean. Kitchenette was well stocked and had everything expected to make a few meals away from home. A bonus in the room we had was a courtyard and laundrette. The staff were friendly and provided everything we needed.

The property is aging and has a few cracks or issues, however that is expected for the age and price point.

Bathroom could be improved, no soap holder in the shower. While the balcony was nice the traffic noise from Frank street is constant.

The room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. The quality of the sheets and towels was good. Check-in was easy. Excellent value for money for a one night stay.

The property is on a main road so traffic noise is to be expected. Construction noise also can’t be helped.

The manager Patrick is amazing I stayed quite a few times & staff started remembering me & made me feel so welcome never had a issue checking in or out rooms always clean & comfortable. I was allowed to stay longer & upgrade rooms throughout week while still staying in current room until my next room was ready. Value for money & bus stop right out the front for transport.

Location was good, room was comfortable and one of the rare times I’ve encountered a decent shower pressure and comfy bed. Staff are also very friendly, we were there for the Harry Styles concert and the lovely lady helped us look at the bus times. Didn’t check out the pool but it looked nice from the room and had a barbecue.

The shower door was broken but it was no big deal, everything else was good.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Lovely place to stay with a very convenient location.

Some traffic noise but due to location it’s very understandable. Didn’t upset my stay in the slightest.

It was central location.

A little thing could do with a face washer as part of the bathroom needs. The flyscreendoor would not close properly you had to bang it shut not sure if it could be locked for security.
