Lovely view. Large bed, clean sheets. Spacious apartment.

Dusty and dirty in the corners and many other places. Laundry facilities were completely covered in a thick layer of kinda sticky dust, which was cleaned a day after when we've complained about it. Otherwise worth to mention that they will put a fine on you if you do not clean up by the time of leaving the property. If you demand your tenants to leave it clean and tidy, teach your staff what it means at first.

Location is great. Handy to places we needed to go. Studio apartment was adequate for our 6 day stay. While there were cooking facilities we opted to eat out. There are plenty of choices for breakfast. Underground parking was spacious and lift access good. Staff were friendly and showed interest.

Studio apartment was a bit tired but great value for money. There was quite a bit of road noise but this died down by late evening.

Apartment was compact but very functional. Location was excellent and the staff were exceptional. The facilities were very good with the heated pool and jacuzzi and added bonus.

If I had to mention something it would be that a separate bedroom and living area would've been better. But as we booked late on cant really complain.

Our apartment was comfortable, clean and had modern bathroom facilities. The beds were comfortable with good linen. The kitchen and laundry had everything in it we needed to make our stay a relaxing one. The property has good parking facilities, shops nearby and easy access to the waterfront walking track.

Our tv was hard to get working but when we asked for help at reception, staff were helpful and able to fix the problem.

The room was freshly renovated and well appointed with new furniture, new bathroom, and the kitchen was great. Parking underneath was plentiful and easy to navigate.

The air conditioning seemed a bit temperamental and shut off at one point. Apart from that, it was great value and we’d stay here again.

I loved everything. Simon was fabulous. He cared and was there for any needs. The proper black out curtains were fabulous. The cooler I could control so no night noise at all. So neat and clean. Beautiful bed I couldn’t get out off. Soft pillows. Quiet. Stunning view. It was a perfect place to stay and I am very hard to please😂

I liked sl eeping next to the boadwater and not hearing waves crashing on the beach all night. I liked tge shopping ..close to harbour town and runaway bay . Also loved the restaraunts nearby at aqua

Nothing to fault

The room was wonderful and roomy. The facilities were great, especially the heated pool - perfect! And the location was just what we wanted, across the road from the beach and a walking path to restaurants etc.

I had a studio apartment which was fine for one person and even though it’s an older building, there was a large balcony with killer views, it was clean with plenty of storage with both wardrobe and chest of drawers and a very comfortable bed. Extended access to the pool along with free towels, lovely staff, easy access and free parking was a major bonus

There are only straight back chairs, a small lounge chair would have been great as the only place to truly relax was the bed. The little oven/hotplates could do with replacing along with the shower head
