I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jadran Motel in Gold Coast and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location of the motel is perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach and close to various attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I had a pleasant stay. They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for places to visit in the area. The amenities at Jadran Motel were also impressive. The pool area was well-maintained and a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, my experience at Jadran Motel was excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Gold Coast. I would definitely choose to stay at Jadran Motel again in the future.

While my overall experience at Jadran Motel was excellent, there were a few things that could have been improved. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection in my room was quite weak, which made it difficult to use the internet effectively. Another aspect that I found inconvenient was the lack of an exhaust in the kitchen. This made cooking meals a bit uncomfortable, as the smell and smoke would linger in the room. Despite these minor issues, I still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning to Jadran Motel in the future.

One block from the beach, close to eateries and 5mins drive to Habour Town shopping centre. It's the 2nd time we have stayed here with our sports team for a State Basketball competition. There are a variety of rooms to accommodate all different families and groups with washing machines and kitchens for self-catering.

Nothing, if you're not looking for 5 star but something comfortable, convenient and pet friendly this place will suit.

Even though I requested a quiet room, my room was right at the front of the complex on a main road. However it wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be and didn't bother me one bit and I slept well. I loved that my dog was welcomed, with the room set up really well to accommodate my pooch with a snack, bowls, bedding, and disinfectant to clean up any accidents. To be able to walk to the beautiful park and beach was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful and was fantastic to have the manager living onsite.

I was able to park my car right in front of my unit which I liked, however I wish it was undercover.

Vicki's contact and welcome was fantastic and extremely quick. She made us, our kids, and the dog feel very welcome. Water and food bowls provided with blankets, poop bags for our dog. Plenty of eateries nearby and promenade walks. A really good fenced dog agility Park just a 4 minute drive - super clean and well kept.

WiFi a little slow, but who goes on holiday for WiFi. More of an issue for the teenager. Pool too cold for us.. but it is winter 🤷🏻‍♀️ Pet fee of $20 per dog per day goes on top of the price. To me, 'pets allowed' would be included in price. I'd expect 'pets extra' at time of booking to be fairer.

We travelled with a small dog. Property was quiet, close to convenient stores and parks. Our room was really clean. Vicki was friendly and helpful with our stay. I like how she had a towel, food and water containers and blanket ready for my fur baby. Little touches of the rooms make it special. Thank you. We will be back.

The accommodation was spacious, all facilities that you need for cooking and laundry ( if needed ) were there.. Beds were very clean and comfortable, Very well thought out. Vicki at the check in was very helpful and friendly. I loved the fact that I could bring my little dog, that was a big plus. I would stay at the Jadran Motel again, thank you.

Property was clean and the stay was comfortable for the whole family. We opted for the small motel room with microwave, mini fridge, toaster and kettle making it easy for us to cook our breakfast. It was closer to the parks and walking distance to restaurants. It was very quiet due to off peak season and overall a comfortable stay.

The motel is located in a perfect location for a family. A suitable distance to the downtown / happening districts and some of the attractions around, notably Sea World, Wet 'n Wild, and Movie World. There are conveniences nearby as well including the Southport Australia Fair Mall (2 km away) and servos as well as a few restaurants within walking distance. If you want to cook, then you have a decent kitchen setup in the bigger rooms. A small, shared washing machine allows you to keep up to date on your laundry chores.

I would have loved more spacious parking. Some of the bathroom fittings are ancient. A drinking water filter or dispenser would have been a good addition too. Overall though the pluses are major and the minuses are minor.

sooo welcoming of our dog, a bed, a treat, blanket, bowls….very dog friendly! although rather tired it is very comfortable… shower was fab, bed great just needs to staining from mould cleaned up in shower… loved the staff who were very warm welcoming and happy to assist… excellent value for money…just a short drive to Main Beach, Tedder Ave and a walk to beautiful beach and fab restaurants… value for money the best!

the tiles and shower were stained from mould…which I drowned in bleach!! lol so it needs a re grout and a bit of tlc but although its a bit tired I would recommend it any day!

Very welcoming place to stay with my little dog. Pet bowls, blankets and a treat were waiting for us when we arrived. Spacious apartment, undercover parking, light and airy. I really enjoyed my stay at Jadran. Friendly staff too.
