The bistro on-site had great food and drinks and was a lovely atmosphere. There were multiple pools, minigolf and lots of activities to keep kids busy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kitchen utensils were well-supplied. Walking distance to supermarket. Although on a busy road it was not too noisy though we were in a cabin near the road.

The bed was super soft and hence not comfortable. It was really busy so the pools were full of kids and there was nowhere to get away from the hordes of kids - it was the start of summer school holidays so we expected it to be busy but would have been nice to have a kid-free area for those needing some respite!

Staff were absolutely amazing! Bubbly and extremely helpful polite and engaging best staff ive ever come across on a holiday. Facilities provided were fantastic and room Towels topped up when we needed them wothout a hassle. Besides the restaurant being un availsble for most of our stay (besides lunch but we were out everyday sight seeing) this place was 10/10 facility wise our kids loooooooved it

Restsurant was not availabLe almost all of our stsy for breakky and dinner what was devastating as we were lookimg forward to a hot breakky everyday and dinner with extended family in the bisrtro while kids played at night. Was pretty bad to get this comminicated to us on arrival day. So we had to out source our food only other thing id suggest is doonas for the bed. We were very cold at night with just a sheet and a wardrobe blanket

The actual park and facilities in the park are amazing. The organised activities are fantastic and the staff who run them are great. Grandkids had the time of their lives and we would definitely go back.

Unfortunately our townhouse was infested with small brown cockroaches and despite the staff spraying, they were just everywhere - cupboards, stove, dishwasher and even got into loaves of bread and biscuits. Also, this townhouse sleeps 8 but there is no way you could cook a meal for 8 with the tiny pots and pans made available. And.... being the house at the end of the strip, next to the river, it was the hang out for unsupervised kids late at night who climbed the fence and screamed and swore until all hours. DON'T book townhouse 450!

Very comfortable beds and furniture. Food was great and staff were friendly and helpful

The air conditioners were extremely dirty and mouldy. They need to be professionally cleaned. Filters are not maintained regularly. I cleaned them myself on arrival (I work in the Air Conditioning industry) Guests did not supervise their kids on the road in the complex. Nearly had a couple of accidents with kids riding their bikes fast around corners. Guests need to be reminded of road safety during their stay

The Safari tents were a great fit for our family! We enjoyed the privacy and spacious room inside. The various pools were a hit. Staff were friendly, supportive and accomodating. Ammenities were clean and tidy. We took advantage of the free mini golf, splash zone, jumping pillow and Happy Hour! Kids enjoyed the Go kart bikes and ice cream treats from the cafe. We will be back for sure!

Some of the kitchenware was damaged and broken. The possums at night would rummage through the bins and anything left outside your tent. The spas were closed. The breakfast each day was sub-par and not worth it. The ibis birds were invasive and smelly each time We ate. We lost money stuck in the Games room and had to call an external service for help.

Plenty of activities for the kids to do, the kids were happily entertained all day without having to leave the site. The parks, pools and staff run activities were a hit and we enjoyed the sports and put put as a family. The onsite restaurant was family friendly and what we needed plus shops were close by for food shopping.

Our room was fairly dirty on check in and the shower drain was clogged.

Cabin was great. Very spacious. Location, great. Facilities, awesome.

The accessible unit, needs steps as well as a ramp to access unit. In the bathroom, needs a hand towel rail closer to the basin. Not enough cupboard space to store toiletries. Shower floor coving is wrong, water doesnt flow away properly. Shower curtain too short. I can give you an email addy of a manufacturer who makes special sized shower curtain. Tiles in bathroom are not non slip tiles, should change these. Needs a floor standing fan in single toom, the wall mounted did nothing. In the kitchen, plates and cups were too low.

Staff and location were exceptional. The restaurant is very handy for evenings when we didn’t want to cook or drive anywhere.

Facilities: - Communal laundry is an additional cost. Why is this not included in the cost of the room? Laundry did not open at the scheduled time as the staff member was late. Not ideal when we have plans. - All units/villas are too close to each other. Poolside Villa: - the units are old and smell damp and dirty. Carpets were filthy.

Conveniently located to hospital, shopping and fun parks. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. We planned to stay 1 night but ended up staying 2. The staff we very helpful in accommodating our needs, we stayed in a garden view cabin which was wonderful and encouraged us to plan a return family holiday. Staff found us a last minute apartment within the park for the second night after needing to stay longer than expected. Great prices for accommodation and amenities provided.

Had to go home, next time we will stay longer to enjoy more amenities.

We absolutely loved our trip to treasure island, I am so pleased we stayed here , the staff are outstanding, the villa we stayed in was exceptional, we had a bbq on our deck which we enjoyed . The outside of treasure island is very deceiving, it looks very run down from the outside driving past ! ( boy was I wrong ) I have stayed @ a few resorts and treasure island is ranking #1 so far , the purpose of our family trip was to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday & we were blown away with the outstanding food, staff, activities, pools, waterpark, jumping pillow , pedal carts & mini golf to top the day of . Wow the kids , family & friends had an amazing time we all enjoyed our time here @ “Treasure Island “ .

More seating and shade sails needed , a changing room near water park & pools would be helpful for those that decide to change in or out of wet swim wear .
