apartment was large needs some maintenance work particularly the PowerPoints are needing replacement. The apartment is old but tidy and very clean. spa pool and facilities were excellent.

a couple of things could really improve the experience. Have someone on site so there isn’t a drama finding information or requiring assistance. The power point in the kitchen is falling off please fix before someone gets electrocuted. please have more that one garbage bag for a nine day stay. we asked the cleaners and was told you don’t supply. Changing towels was good but just a few little things like the garbage bags and dish washing detergents would be a good idea.

I thought the location, view and facilities were stunning and the room was a comfortable size. The lady who met us at the front desk was warm, friendly and very helpful with looking after our luggage until we could check-in. The pool, spa and BBQ are is just beautiful and we enjoyed spending time there. It had a real resort feel about it.

I think rooms are getting a little tired and could so with a 'freshen up' . I felt the cleaning was rushed and I noticed grime in the bathroom. The laundry was very dusty and the cupboard under the kitchen sink could have been wiped clean. I also caught a glimpse of the pillow protectors under the pillow cases and they were very yellow. Updating pillows and pillow protectors more frequently would avoid this. I know that I probably sound picky and I appreciate that apartments are individually owned, so this may not be the case with other apartments.

Our room was a good size and had a nice outlook. We were on the 4th floor, so I expect that the higher levels would have had beautiful outlooks. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The staff were lovely and the location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes.

Being so close to the ground, we did get a lot of street noise and the bedroom was facing the street, so it was hard to block out the noise. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom and the sun faced directly into the room in the morning, heating it up very quickly. We had booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the apartment had a windowless room with a 2nd bed and sliding door with a note telling us we would be charged if we used the room or placed luggage in there (we would have been very disappointed if this was a paid for 2nd bedroom - and assume that this would not be the case) .

sea view was spectacular. waking up with the sunrise. That is an experience that I won’t forget ever.

Not happy with cleanliness compared to the rating on booking.com No sugar, salt or pepper provided in the kitchen which are usually available in any accomodation. Shower and bathtub was not good, cleaned.

We stayed in the 3 level penthouse so the views were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean.

Insufficient furniture. The penthouse was huge but the living area was sorely lacking in furniture. I.e. the penthouse can sleep 6 to 8 people but the ground floor where the kitchen and living area are only has a 3 seater couch and no dining room table. The patio furniture is sub standard. No kitchen on the outside on the 3rd floor which you would expect especially as it is a long walk with many stairs from the kitchen on the lower floor.

central location with everything you need a short walk or drive away. step outside the hotel and you’re on the beach! rooms are fully equipped with everything to get you by for a short stay and perfectly set up to add necessities for a long stay! rooms are soundproof and not once did I hear the bars downstairs or the parties for aussie day, I had a city view apartment that I could see the beach and the mountains from, it’s stunning! parking is secure and plenty of space for visitors. pool was perfect, spa was a little too warm for my liking however I was visiting during the heat of summer. not only would I recommended to friends and family, I would absolutely look here first next time I visit the Gold Coast!

I couldn’t get the wifi to work, however I’m sure it would be an easy fix if I asked for help.

The location was devine, view was incredible. Handy central location for theme parks, didn't have to travel too far. Best of both worlds being close to the ocean but out of the hustle and bustle with short drive to WB, wet n wild and sea world. Cant fault the on-site restaurants, both were amazing. Staff were so great to deal with, especially after our trip was delayed due to cancelled flights. Will return and will recommend to friends and family.

The onsite amenities are plentiful, there's a reasonably sized swimming pool to chill off, with some deck chairs. A couple of restaurants and a pub on site. Lots of places to eat within a short walk. There is a gym for those trying to keep up with the exercises, but why should you ? Take a nice jog or walk alongside the waterway ! There's also a nice playground for those with young kids in the park just across the road. Pelican feeding is just across the road that occurs everyday at 1:30pm at Charis Seafood !

The apartment feels a little dated, but still comfortable.

Rooms were big and comfortable. Main bed was comfortable. Great views. Great parking and great location.

Sadly there was a lot of road noise and noise from the venues downstairs. The noise wasn't too bad during the week, besides the road noise, but Friday the music was crystal clear even with ear plugs. Minor - The treadmill belt is also too loose so can't run on it and the gym is a bit old. But minor issues. My friend stayed in the room with two single beds, one was very hard and she struggled to sleep but thankfully the other one was better.

The pool, balcony and view were 5 star. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was good.

It seems stingy to skimp.on stuff like 1 skin lotion and shampoo, no rubbish bags, for an apartment when people are flying in and can't bring much luggage. How much extra would it cost to supply a bit more. The info in the room said these were available at a small cost from reception but when i went and asked i wasnt offered the opportunity to purchase which I would have been happy with. Reception is barely even there in the weekend at the busiest time.
