i like the location, how it is close to the gold coast but away from the madness. we have stayed here 3 or 4 times each time it has been relaxing and great place to stay. the staff are great, very helpful, happy and willing to chat about things to do & see.

I went to use the vacum and the end fell off and I have to stuff a peice of paper in to hold it together (i forgot to inform the office sorry). also there were a few things missing in the kitchen, that would have been handy to have.

Great price, amazing pool and spa. The room had everything you could want and would be a great spot for an even longer holiday. The location was wonderful with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a nice calm foreshore across the road and right on a major thoroughfare so easy access to Surfers Paradise, theme parks in either direction or out to the Hinterlands. The water pressure in the showers was amazing.

The dishwasher was broken so could only use one of the shelves. The parts to replace/repair the faulty mechanism are readily available and if every apartment has the same dishwasher, it's hard to imagine we were in the only room with a broken one. The beds were just okay... Passable without being comfortable.

This is a very spacious property with the added attraction of a jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the beachfront at Labrador, Gold Coast. There is also a big pool available to guests. The property was freshly clean on arrival and the reception staff were extremely helpful with information about the area and local activities. There are three big bedrooms, an open plan living and dining area and two large balconies offering views of the coastline. only one minute to the boardwalk all along the beach front.

At times, the traffic passing in the street below could be quite noisy. However, this is a central location and closing balcony doors and windows dulled the noise.

Large spacious 3 bedroom apt with balcony spa. Location excellent - 15 min drive to Movie World, WetnWild and Seaworld. Stairs not a real problem. Loved washer and dryer facilities. Oudoor pool and spa area amazing. Beautiful views. Balcony Spa was lovely to sit in of a night. It will certainly be a place we rebook in the future.

Beds a bit hard and lumpy. Wifi to unit was out but Easter long weekend meant issues couldn't be resolved but kids went down to pool area to use wifi there. Upstairs air con unit didn't appear to work. Fans for rooms were good but a little confusing to use at first to work out which switches needed to remain in on or off position. We faced a very noisy road but we did go in School Holidays over Easter Long weekend and we did keep windows open.

We recently stayed 8 nights here and throughly enjoyed our time. The location was fantastic and close to popular shopping centres and theme parks but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise. I would highly recommend Sandcastles on Broadwater to friends and family 😊

Our 2 dislikes were there was no lift and there wasn’t a rail to hold onto for pool access. My Mum is elderly so wasn’t able to enjoy the pool as she wasn’t confident getting in and out.

Location was fantastic, in walking distance to the water playgrounds, coffee, food. Lagoon style pool was great and the heated spa was a big hit with the weather being a little cool.

Only problem we had was the cleanliness of the apartment, in general it was ok, it was mopped and all the surfaces and linen was clean but it was very dusty, you could tell the fans and aircons hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. The stairwell stunk of cigarette smoke as someone in one of the appartments the floor below us smoked inside and kept their door jammed open spreading the smell.

The complex , pool and kitchen was very clean and tidy. Underground car parking was very good and secure.

House cleaning {apartment} was pretty poor standard. Found kitchen cupboards ,bedroom wardrobe and under sofa cushions had not been vacuumed or cleaned . Also reported balcony door to reception as door runners were faulty and required replacing. Finally, would expect linen to be changed, towels and bed sheets within our 7 day stay.

The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and had all facilities required for our needs. Lovely pool and spa and was very close walking distance to the lagoon. Also nice and close to the theme parks - just a 15-20min drive.

There are no lifts, so on arrival there are a lot of stairs to carry heavy suitcases up - especially if you have a large family. However, after this, we didn't mind going up and down the stairs each day.

Staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly. View was lovely. Apartment was clean and enough space for 6 people. Facilities were good. Pool easily accessible. Gym had enough equipment for a workout.

Hot tub was not a hot tub, it was a corner spa bath outside. Neighbours incredibly rude, yelling at us that the spa was too loud, and our music was too loud (it wasn't, it was playing on a phone, not a speaker, so volume can't be loud anyway). So we were basically chased back inside to put tails between legs and be quiet by their crankiness.

The location is not in a "built up" area. It was clean, beds were comfortable, family friendly, and we would stay again. You were made to feel very welcome.

Our parking spot. We have a RAV 4, so common car shape and size, but our space was very tight. It was an awkward space with a cement bollard on one side. It was made even worse when the neighbouring car parked closer to the lines on our side.
