The apartment had everything we needed , location was good, facilities were clean and well maintained and staff were very friendly and willing to help ! Bed’s comfy, views amazing and great value for money. Lovely group of shops and cafes nearby and beautiful beachside pathways for walking .

The reception hours aren’t good for interstate travellers, they don’t open until 9am and close at midday on the weekend so if you’re flights are extra early or late there is no option to store your luggage which was difficult if you don’t have a car The property is a bit tired and some areas needing attention but it didn’t affect our overall stay

Great view, close to beach and shops, free parking, staff were helpful when approached. Pool was clean.

When the water was switched off due to a plumbing problem, the air con stopped working. We spent the night during one of the hottest most humid times with no air con. Management should have contacted every unit to advise what to do to reset aircon after the plumbing was fixed, but they didn't. We were not happy as they knew the aircon had stopped working but took no action to advise anyone.

Enough room for a couple of nights. Great views and sea breezes from the balcony.

washing machine and dryer both need an upgrade. Not operating very well at all.

On walking into the property received a welcome and a big smile from the reception staff. View was fabulous and pool was great. Washing machine in apartment was lovely to have. Only used one plate, cup etc but these were clean and kitchen well stocked. Entire bottle of dishwashing provided - well done (have received a small sachet in some other places). Lift from car park was very useful with trolleys provided if needed. Room needs some reno/updating but as I had been upgraded to ocean view room on 14th floor this more than made up for a rather dated room.

Apartment was very clean on surface but bent down to adjust shoe and very unclean under sofa. Surprised at a number of steps up to the pool- not sure that was clear anywhere for anyone with mobility issues prior to booking - although it may be as I admit I hadn’t looked out for this myself (rail to aid getting into/out of pool was present)

The receptionist, Jamie, was very friendly, polite and helpful, both on the phone before our arrival, and in person when we arrived. She was able to help us with various queries during our stay. The apartment was clean, neat, a comfortable bed (essential!) and a great view of Main Beach and the local neighborhood.

The kitchen could have had a scourer and brush to wash the dishes rather than a soft cloth. A spare bin liner and toilet rolls would have been good but that was resolved quickly by housekeeping on request.

The location being so close to the beach, public transport & venues

The mattress was very uncomfortable & where you provide 4 pillows All the same, maybe you could make it 2 softer ones (as provided) & 2 firmer ones. When I changed the bed sheets, I noticed that the mattress protector was not fit for human use. It was cringe worthy. As my interest in the facilities centres around a clean & comfortable bed & a bathroom to shower, all the rest is negligible. More effort should be put towards the bedding I feel.

Great location, a few hundred metres to the beach, room was freshly refurbished, close to restaurants and an underground allocated parking with an additional cost. Stayed here before and would stay again.

There was an air conditioner leaking water behind a wall that drenched the carpet in the bedroom which created bit of an unpleasant smell. IT never dried for the whole stay. Management did their best to place towels over it but it needed a big repair from a trades person. We got a 1pm check out which made the last day much more comfortable.

The location was in minutes of where I needed to be with plenty of dining options and shops in a short walk. One block from the beach. The room and facilites exceeded my expectations with it's boutique feel.. As a last minute booking I was suprised to find the apartment contained everything needed for occassion. A fully functioning kitchen with applicances. A cupboard full of cleaning products, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, DVDs, books. Washing machine, Netflix and YouTube on the T.V and the perfect private balcony BBQ area overlooking the beach.

Good location outside the crowded center - great for families and couples. I have stay here more than three times, and really like it. We got a great room on the highest floor with amazing view to the Pacific ocean. The hotel was renovated, and our room is clean and looks beautiful. The hotel have own underground parking and pool area. Definitely recommend to all my friends!

The construction site is close to hotel backside, but noisy a little during a workdays only.
