This was a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, clean, functional and comfortable (ours was a King room with garden view on the ground floor). We travelled with an infant and they obliged us with a nice white crib which our daughter comfortably slept in. The staff also obliged us with a microwave in the room (with a refundable deposit) for us to make baby food. The breakfast was great too! (We are vegetarians) We really loved the way staff interacted with us throughout the stay. Cheers to them! We have stayed in various resorts in GC (across different price ranges including the likes of Palazzo Versace) and it would be safe to rate this stay among the top few so far in Gold Coast.

When we walked into the Villa i guess the best phrase was 'breathless' ... my children hadnt seen much like it and it was amazing - spacious, super modern, visually beautiful and ever so comfortable. Oh and lets not forget the pool - it is 27 degrees and divine plus the beach is right there.

Some construction work was on, power was down for a pre-notified period but nothing major, it was a minor nuisance. There was conference - I guess a place like this will get them - so avoid main breakfast and dinner times and you avoid annoying conference people as they really do take over the place like.

The location is fantastic, the comfortable beds are great, as one would expect from a Sheraton hotel. Beautiful lagoons, pool and tropical gardens. Lovely reception area, great ocean views. Excellent beach access. Superb short break destination.

Although there are many advantages of the location, the bedrooms are starting to show their age, staining on carpets, cracks and chips in bathroom basin, curtains need updating, coupled with a general tired look in bedrooms and corridors. I’m sure that the pandemic has not helped, but this hotel’s rooms are due a little TLC soon. Scaffolding outside, pool facilities unavailable for one of the days, broken ice machine, lacklustre service by staff at breakfast, coffee took about 30 minutes to come, breakfast is expensive for what it is. They do try though and the guest reception front desk staff are brilliant.

Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Each went out of their way to assist us. The rooms are quiet and the bed is especially comfortable. The location of the beach to the hotel is fabulous. The hotel has a sense of luxury without being pompous. A varied mix of guests, all ages, some working with laptops, families, and couples. But, there wasn’t a sense of exclusion for any particular group, as everything is so spread out, there is a place for everyone in this wonderful hotel.

Initially finding our way back to the reception from our room. It’s a low set building and spread out, which means it can be a bit of trek back to the main lobby for some. Having said that, once we figured out the shortcut via the pool, it was easier. We could see there Is maintenance work happening and it’s not going to take much to bring it back to absolute five star quality ( as far as I the pool having a spritz up) so it wasn’t so much something we didn’t like, just relief the management are doing the work now and not letting it go downhill as many establishments do.

we absolutely loved our stay, loved our room and everything provided in it (full bottles of shampoo and conditioner, body wash, robes etc) beautiful layout of the resort, ooo and the water taps and ice provided in hallways. The seafood Buffet was AMAZING, a highlight of the trip. The resort was kept extremely clean and smelt amazing.

For the size of the property there should be more than one pool, especially an adults only!! kids running amuck everywhere and quiet unrelaxing when you go to the swim up bar to order and drink and getting splashed so bad that your drink is full of pool water. The “sports mirage” was so unmaintained it was a bit embarrassing lol. Went down to the pool one morning at about 9am and legit every chair had a towel on it (some having other stuff like pool floaties etc) so assumed staff had put the towels out on chairs for guests….well when abused by other guests that those seats were taken we soon realised people had “reserved” those seats, was a JOKE!!!! especially seeing as there was not a great deal of shade around pool. also reception staff were extremely rude when checking out.

Had a lovely upgrade to a lagoon room. We enjoyed the peacefulness of this aspect. Location is prime - enjoyed morning walks out along the beach front before the Conference started each morning. The staff were exceptional and attentive.

The fact we couldn't get cocktails on the Saturday night from the bar after our Gala Dinner. Made for a non hangover wakeup on Sunday. Which is probably a good thing - we left early and went back to our room and had a cup of tea instead.

Have stayed in the villas three years in a row and these have been kept contemporary and are spacious Staff always happy to help

Pool and in room dining menu has not changed in a few years - could do with a whole menu refresh TV/technology is clunky and requires casting from a device which doesn’t always work - would be easier to have apps available on the TV and not have foxtel

I loved the food at the treaces and oais pool bar . it was extremely yummy and high standard. Pool area lovely.. loved the location right on the beach. Staff where always helpful,polite and very professional..

Hotel room there was mold in bathroom , paint coming off the bath and no exhaust fan.. there was no window in the bathroom. Rooms could do with upgrade if your charging that high for one night. Need to make more luxury in the room. Maybe pod coffe machine, real milk and champagne on arrival. Extra for the experience should it be 5 star in the hotel room. I give the lagoon view 3 star. For the price of the room not worth the money you are charging . Things need to be fixed ..

We loved the spacious, ground level, room with garden view for our family. Travelling with a toddler being able to put them down for their daytime nap and sit on the patio in the garden or also allow our little girl to run around on the expansive grassed area was fantastic. My older daughter loved the pool facilities and the poolside Pina Coladas were also a bonus for us adults! The buffet breakfast catered for everyone with various delicious options.
