Comfortable and conveniently located.

Being on level 1 was noisy outside.

The location was excellent and easy building access from any direction. Easy Tram transport & shopping centres access. Nice pool and spa and utilised both. Well-equipped gymnasium (though not utilised this trip). Nice reception area and all areas clean and tidy. Room comfortable and a nice view from the room balcony and from upper lobby areas near the lifts. Easy parking and helpful staff. Parking extension available for a few hours on exit day.

Air conditioning not working though fortunately cool weather and ok without as nice breezes. Safe left in the locked position from the previous tenants. Could do with a few instructions on how to get the TV connected to the packages.

The location is perfect. Lovely outlook from my room. King bed was too hard didn’t get much sleep.

The cleaning. There was a syringe under the main bedroom. The lighting in the kitchen was terrible for the sink.The range hood was filthy when we pulled it out. I got blobs of fat on my hands from it. The king bed was so hard to sleep on so I didn’t get much sleep. I am only five foot two so I had to sit on the couches with two pillows behind me cause their cushions were too flat. The aircon doesn’t work in the main bedroom. Every large knife in the apartment were blunt. We had difficulty cutting tomatoes

Perfect location with the most amazing view. Small shopping just outside, a 2min walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants. Good sized apartment. Clean. Reasonably priced compared to the properties around. It’s a serviced apartment so you get a full kitchen, laundry.. great for travel with little kids.

Maybe they can update their hairdryers, if I am gonna be fussy and perhaps put coffee machines for the coffee lovers (they do provide instant coffee).

Location was great, so close to everything. Comfortable bed. Amenities good with a small supply of tea etc. Great to have an endless supply of body wash, shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall. Nice Sunny balcony

Very tiny bathroom.bathroom. Shower very small and door kept jamming. Nowhere much to put toiletries. Louvre doors between main bedroom and bathroom gave little privacy.

Booking was made for 4 people, but we only received washing Manchester for 2 people. Didn’t have wash detergents and told to come to reception and they would supply me with some. Staying 6 nights, we had to purchase toilet paper, as we weren’t supply with enough.

At initial booking I requested 2 car parking. Received message no need to book. On arrival got told 1 car park, 2nd park in visitors park, but no availability. Many staff and permanent parking, so told had to park on street and move car every 3 hours. Offered to pay for 1 of the many available parks and told no unit only comes with 1 parking facility. Would have been nice to have been told this at initial request.

unexpected surprise with spa bath in bathroom. fantastic room layout and cant beat the location. We went for a work conference which was at the Star Complex across the road and for half the price of staying there. A nice short stroll across the road and that saved us $200 a night! Close to so many restaurants and shops too.

Nothing to be honest. Will be staying here again next year.

The staff were always polite & helpfull. Access was easy & it was so central to the shopping centre, casino & many brilliant restaurants. The apartment was fantastic with all you cld need. I will definitely be staying at the Matra Broadbeach again.

Staff and Facilities were excellent

The room was not clean particular the bathroom had not ben cleaned or the bin emptied. The curtains had holes in them. The glass table top on the veranda was dirty and the glass rail was very dirty. I cleaned the inside but the outside was worse.

Location and facilities provided. Large more than adequate room in the apartment with all things that you could want provided

A little disappointed that not all items were updated however a call to reception and issue rectified promptly with very pleasant staff member’s apologies received
