Broadbeach Holiday Apartments

Facilities very clean and wsell presented. The staff at Reception were very attentive, even going so far as to change our room, at their suggestion, as both my wife and are have difficulty with showers over a bathtub and the first room would have been very difficult for us to shower.

The room overlooked the main street of Broadbeach and outside noise (particularly people hooning in noisy cars) was annoying, but beyond the control of the property to do anything about so we just grinned and bore it.

Perfect location with short walking distance to the beach or tram stop, a lot of restaurants and amenities right around. Convenient basement parking that gives sense of security as there is a roll-up gate for guests only. It does give a bit dated vibe around but it’s very clean - including shared facilities like indoor heated pool or sauna which we enjoyed. The one-bedroom apartment is very spacious with nicely equipped kitchen (plenty of knickknacks included!), again maybe a bit dated look but still nice and clean. The staff is extremely supportive - we have arrived in the morning, hoping we can at least use the parking, but the room was ready and we were given the access to the apartment way ahead check in time. After check out there was no issue to continue using parking for the rest of the day, we could even continue using other facilities

All good! Maybe just the confusing part was that Broadbeach Holiday Apartments is more like a company managing the apartments in the Phoenician building - we somewhat expected a big logo with the “Broadbeach…” name on the building so at first we circled around before realising there is a front office at the corner of Phoenician building. Again, not a big deal and there is plenty of short term street parking to leave the car and look around.

We were in town for the AASCF National Cheer Comp, so the location was perfect! The vibe on our street was incredible with live music and restaurants. Our room was comfortable, really convenient with kitchen and laundry, vacuum, sizeable Loungeroom, balcony etc.

The only downside is that the bathroom was dirty on arrival - toothpaste and water marks on the mirror. And there were no cleaning supplies on hand to get us started. Not even a couple of dishwashing tablets or dishwashing liquid. For the price tag, these should have been included.

I love the vintage olden style feel and look of the hallways and lifts and lobby’s was really quaint pretty and super spacious apartments. I loved all the giant mirrors and how they had balcony’s down the hallways let in great breeze and having such pretty views to look at while walking down a hallway to your apartment. It’s old but In a really cute totally functional way and great location in the heart of Broadbeach was like a mini surfers right where we were and had a great view of the lit up buildings, the restaurants and ocean Staff were super lovely and helpful.

CHECKIN - was smooth and fast with very friendly staff PARKING - FREE Secure undercover parking FLOORS - 9 : ROOM NO 2909B Tower One ROOM - accessible by elevator and was clean and comfortable with Aircon and fan SHOWER - good pressure, lots of hot water, a shelf and had a shower door that closed and kept the water from going all over the bathroom floor LOCATION - 5 minute walk to lots of eateries and the beach. Also across the road from Pacific Fair, Dracula's and Star Casino.

The shower would not suit a larger person as it is a smallish triangle shape.

Broadbeach Holiday Apartments are the perfect location to stay when in Broadbeach. Close to the beach, straight across from the convention centre and downstairs is a small walk to the best dining on the coast. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely stay again.

No air conditioning in the bedroom. (It wasn’t needed during our stay in November. )Pedestal fan was provided. Bed was a tad hard and could be a king size bed for a 1 bedroom apartment.

We loved our stay at these apartments, we were in the North Tower and it was the perfect location. Apartment was immaculate, clean, modern and comfortable. The lovely staff were always helpful. The pool complex and facilities were perfect for my family, when we were having downtime. We couldn’t fault this place.

The staff at reception were so lovely and helpful, the location of the accommodation was close to a supermarket and restaurants and conveniently near the beach and work locations such as the conference centre

My bed was a little hard - but that comes down to my personal preference. If you are a light sleeper you might find the street below a little loud on Friday/Saturday nights, I found it fine though!

Great location in Broadbeach, close to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping, including Pacific Fair. The apartments are across the road from the Convention Centre and close by is the Star Casino. Public transport via buses as well as the light rail are both easily accessible. The building is very clean and secure. Amenities offered include two pools ( indoor and outdoor) as well as a gym.

The appartment was spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and bedding clean. We loved the location near the Oasis and could walk to shops and restaurants.

It was a little tired and the 2nd bathroom needs updating. There was tracking for a door on the shower but now only a shower curtain and the tracking was in poor condition. There was an awful odour coming from the drain in the laundry so we kept the door closed.
