The atmosphere when you enter is really inviting

great location and accommodation. very handy to be in the heart of the gold coast and to be opposite the conference venue

Nice views , quite good for the age of hotel. Close to beach and local shops,restaurants, casino ,transport .

Very worn and old , kitchen facilities are OK,but could be better ,so many patches from fixing walls ,doors etc beds not very comfortable. The one thing that concerns me was whilst we were there a fire alarm activated and no one including staff did anything to evacuate , apparently this occurs frequently. If the alarms are activating due to a fault, then fix it , many older people live on premises , a disaster waiting to happen , do better

The facilities are well maintained with a welcoming reception, well looked after lifts, free parking and clean rooms. The staff are also very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

The fact that I had to pay to hire towels for the pool, and that I had to remove rubbish from the apartment at departure. I paid for a hotel, and that part made me feel like this was an AirBNB. The rooms are a little dated, and the TV was so old that it couldn't support my macbook plugging in for an external screen.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach. Our 1-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a functional kitchen with basic utensils, as well as a washer and dryer. This was especially convenient for managing sandy clothes after beach or pool time with the kids.

The property could use some updates. The shower's sliding door came off its hinge, and a few wall screws needed tightening. Aside from that, no major issues.

Location was central to everything. Pool deck was fabulous.

The noise from the bar below, especially the live singing, drifted up to our room every night. There is a lot of construction close by and they start very early. A bit surprised that when we realised that we had to buy our basic supplies: toilet rolls etc. It is not a serviced apartment so we should have been prepared (our bad). I would be happy to have them supplied for an extra cost.

It’s abit noisy at night time with traffic and early hrs Monday morning we were all woken up by the streets being cleaned a lot of water hosing pavement and truck noise . We mentioned to reception upon arrival going to the apartment the toilet wasn’t working . Apparently someone did come to fix it but we had to manually flush it for 3 days by lifting the cistern lid and adjusting it . The water level didn’t fill to enable it to be flushed .

Spacious well appointed 2 bedroom apartment in the East Tower. Family really liked the indoor/ out pools and proximity to cafes shops etc. The reception staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across

A few kitchen items that would have made a big difference when preparing meals in our apartment. Some salad /serving dishes , chopping boards ( the pull out one is not really usable ). My friend’s apartment had opposite - 6 boards! It is not on the beach front so noisier but my teenagers loved the location - walk out the door straight to Yo Chi!

I loved that we had a washing machine and dryer. Traveling with kids who swim and swim, it was amazing to keep up with them and the washing. The location was epic. Woolworth right across the road, fine dining below you and the beach a few streets over.

The bathroom. The toilet seat didn't cover the bottom part of the bowl. I didn't like that because your legs ended up touching the bowl. Also, when you shower, the water comes out and soaks the whole bathroom.

Loved the location, and this is why I picked this hotel. Easy to catch the tram up to Surfers.

A little dated and just needed a few extra touches. For example - lovely modern bathroom, shower was GREAT but there was no toilet roll holder so the toilet roll was either on the top of the toilet sistine or on the floor. Couldn't open the door to the laundry fully as the fridge was too large for the space it was in and came out blocked the laundry door.
