Great location, beautiful grounds, gardens like you're in a tropical rainforest. Awesome swimming pool. Loved the extra and unexpected bathroom our apartment had. Really nice apartment and appreciated the free secure parking. Friendly staff. A wonderful place to stay.
Salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen would be useful and appreciated by any guests cooking or ordering in I think.

Price location and pool
Dishwasher didnt work, scaffolding all around as painting the buildings and jackhammer in the garage on the date of checkout, was extremely loud and cement dust everywhere. Would have thought they would be required to limit the noise and air pollution when the public were in the area. Especially as I had 2 toddlers with me. But that's all limited to our booking times, previous visit was amazing.

The location was great, the apartment was very clean and had very good amenities. The check-in process was simple and they provided advanced notice of how to check-in as we were getting there outside of normal reception times.
There was nothing really that I would have suggested to improve.

The pool & spa were absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious with all the facilities needed. Close location to restaurants, cafes, shops & the tram.
A little bit run down, on the older side in the rooms but still decent enough & spacious.

The fully self contained apartment was spacious and roomy, with a true sized apartment so you don’t wake everyone moving around early. Absolutely loved staying there, being able shop and cook your own meals was perfect. Highly recommend to a family, budget priced but not budget accommodation the pool was great, kids loved, and there’s a park across from the secure car parking area. Close to everything will definitely be returning, why pay outrageous accommodation costs when you will be content staying here it has everything!

pool and spa were great, unit was set out good… great location…
room was not clean when arriving rubbish under the beds, half a roll of toilet paper supplied… and the blinds throughout were broken which created light in rooms and noise when fans were on.

Loved the heated pool and spa.. room. was nice and close to it.. just across the road from Tram.. fantastic price for apartment!
apartment floor was not cleaned properly.. dishwasher didn't seem to work no dish liquid , egg flip or tong.. vacuum head kept falling off..
