Everything was there. All the cooking utensils, pots/pans. Room wasn't too big or too small. Just right for family of 4 with two pre-teens. I liked the room we had which looked north/west. Lifts are really fast. Enough hotel parks that we could find one each day including when we returned at midnight on Saturday. Very close to shops. Bathrooms are simple, but clean. No bath. Shower pressure isn't great, but certainly fine. Couches were pretty uncomfortable. Beds were a little soft for me. Great views looking west towards some sort of hills/ranges from the bedrooms.

Hotel was a little tired. Surprising since it is only 9 years old. Just small things: outdoor light was broken, door handles loose. Pool and spa were fine, but wish more lights were working in the pool. (Bit of a health and safety issue to be honest as hard to see bottom at night). There are building works going on which we were warned about. Fortunately our room was on the other side so we never heard anything. But we did get street noise when the veradah doors were open. Not a big issue. There is also a tram stop outside, so you get the ding ding everytime it stops. We were on the third floor, so if you were higher, it's probably not an issue or certainly less of an issue.

Staff upon check-in were perfect. Polite, informative, efficient. With the exception of some long dark hair in the rug, the rooms were clean and tidy. We only noticed the hair in the rug because we have an army-crawling baby. Otherwise no other issues with cleanliness at all. The room was equipped with sufficient cleaning equipment for us to tidy up after ourselves throughout our stay. The beds were comfy, but there was no comforter/doona on the bed and our stay was in early May, so the weather was cooling down. Luckily I'd taken warm PJs and we found blankets in the cupboards, so we survived. The facilities were great, spa was lovely and warm and the pool wasn't freezing which was great for our older kids. The location was perfect. Really close to LOTS of different food options, trams and shops. The view was amazing, and the construction didn't bother us at all. I've added Synergy to the top of my list of places to stay on the GC.

For a 6 night stay, you could have provided some extra bin bags, more toilet paper, dishwasher powder etc. They’re small items, but it’s inconvenient to need to purchase. Everything else was great!

Walking distance to Broadbeach main center. One tram stop to Pacific Fair. Beach walking distance. Rooms are spacious for 4 people and have everything you need including kitchenette, fridge, 1 x Queen in Main Room and 2 Single in the other room. 2 x bathrooms which is always good!

Only the one reverse cycle aircon for the whole room which is in the living area. Lucky we went in May so not too hot, but dont know what Summer would be like with just the one Aircon for the whole room. Could imagine the rooms would be very hot! Aircon can only be set to 21 any lower the unit would freeze.

The location is prime, offering convenience for exploring the area. The establishment is clean and well-kept, providing a comfortable environment. Regarding the room, it satisfied the basic requirements, making the stay overall pleasant.

The washing machine appeared to be slightly unclean at first, but after running a few wash cycles, it seemed to self-clean and the cleaning performance improved. Despite the initial concern, it managed to deliver satisfactory results with subsequent uses. It might be a good idea to bring your own laundry netting bag. Additionally, the lack of blackout curtains was a downside, as the early sunrise at around 5:15 am made it difficult to sleep in.

Excellent location with lots of quality dining close by on foot. The tram stop is at your doorstep. Beds and pillows were great and the view was lovely.

The spa was not working and we could have used a drying rack for our clothes and towels. The underground carpark was a bit of a cuffufal as I could not check out and hand back the key until after I had driven out. This would not be as big an inconvenience as it was if we did not drive a large car (as we could not fit through nor park in the loading space at the foyer entrance, we needed to drive out to a side street, find a park and walk back to entrance to hand key over and check out. Overall, however, these inconveniences were minor and the experie4nce with this hotel was very good. We will return.

Great location as only a block from Broadbeach so nice and close to walk to supermarket, meals and even Pacific Fair. It was a good-sized kitchen with everything you needed and clear instructions as to how to use everything. It had a laundry which was great and two bathrooms. There was a great sized balcony to sit on and enjoy the view of the beach.

We were there seven nights and it isn't serviced but it would have been nice to have a change of towels provided or more washing powder provided to wash our own. It is not cost-effective to buy washing powder for the washing machine as it has to be left behind since we were flying. There were notices saying to remove everything so leaving or restocking more washing powder and detergent would be a nice gesture. We left a very full detergent bottle behind for dishes. A second tea towel and some facecloths for each of us would have been good.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Location is excellent. Easy walk to beach and Pacific Fair. Pool area is nice. Vending machine with drinks and snacks in foyer was well used by us! Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

The only thing that would prevent me staying again if I had a late flight is that reception has restricted hours. On a Sunday it is 9am- 1pm so we couldn't store luggage until a late flight. We ended up having to hire a car for our last day so that we could shop and sightsee without dragging our luggage around with us.

The 2 bedroom apartment on the 20th floor was so close to the main restaurant area in Broadbeach,literally across the road. It was 2 blocks to the beach. Great views of the ocean and Broadbeach. I thought it would be loud being so close to the restaurant area but there is a noise limit and so it was pretty quiet after 10.30pm. The staff are very helpful and cheerful. I will definitely stay here again. On Sunday the Broadbeach markets are held in the park between the beach and the apartment block. Word of Warning - there is an 8 storey building being constructed right behind the building (between the building and the beach). It was not noisy in the mornings as I expected (I've definitely heard worse) but the construction site is in its early stages. If you choose to stay here (and I would again) make sure you book on the 10th Floor or above if you want ocean views (otherwise you will be looking straight into the back of the building in front)

Very comfortable apartment, incredible view from the balcony, and fantastic location. Literally right across the road from the convention centre so it will be my go-to for events held on the Gold Coast. There's a chemist, cafe's, and a little supermarket just across the road downstairs

Staff were a little blunt when I mentioned a misunderstanding and I was given a baby cot instead of a fold out bed for one of our friends. I wasn't given a refund for this unused cot which was disappointing
