Fantastic location - walking distance to Pacific Fair and even closer to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and lots of local attractions. Great for Tesla drivers as the Superchargers are at Pacific Fair. Fairly quiet street opposite a school so you don't feel closed in at all. The pool and spa are great and beautifully maintained. Easy parking and secure access to the building. Easy check-in and the unit has everything you need. Very comfortable place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

Our unit had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, which was an exciting upgrade for us. The kitchenette had everything we needed and more, the laundry had a washer and dryer that worked great, and it was a reasonable walking distance from the G:link tram stop and the beach. Everything was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and we had a lovely stay.

The wifi only got a decent signal in the living room on the 1st floor, and even then it was a little slow sometimes. Could not connect well from the bedrooms on either floor. Also, there were not many bedside outlets for phone charging.

Central location to the beach and shopping, plus cafes and places to eat.

Could have supplied more tea and coffee, only enough supplied for 1 day. Could have supplied more detergent for dishwashing, we were there for 5 nights and only 1 sachet supplied for dish washing and one for dish washer. If we wanted more, we had to pay for sachets Could have supplied antibacterial wipes for cleaning. No spare rubbish bags supplied. Should have been offered to change towels over our 5-night stay. No cold-water jug and water supplied.

It was our second time, staying here and the management has changed to Lynda who is a responsive and friendly person. The location of this resort is handy and close to shops and restaurants. it has a small swimming pool but enjoyable enough for our child. Just remember to have shampoo, conditioner with you as it wasnot provided here. Our room was old but clean.

Theere was a construction happening and the patio of our room didnt have view to outside as it was blocked by council.

I love the location. It feels safe to walk to and from the beach at night in this area. It is only 3 stories, so no elevator which my partner and I prefer. It is quiet and peaceful, and perfect of a little holiday. I highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere cosy without the hassle of high-rise apartments.

I didn't like leaving :( There was nothing I didn't like. It was perfect for what I was after!

This location is perfect for a family. You can walk to the beach and shops and the bus and team stop is easily accessible. The apartments are spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the pool.

Great location, close to everything (a short walk to the shops, beach and transport). The staff were extremally friendly and helpful.

Perhaps leave some dishwashing detergent or dishwasher tablets to start us off and a few more plates, glasses and knives and forks. Also, the place needs a little modernisation but it was very comfortable for the two of us.

Everything was fantastic! Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped and modern. Underground carpark always had ample amount of parking. Pool and spa were clean and great for swimming. Location was spot on - out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to it. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed an extra night & will definitely stay again!
