Love the view and location! So close to shop, parks, beach, everything which makes it great when you have a little one. Stunning pool even had a kids pool. Always love staying in broadie. Our room was large for her to play and even had a washer dryer, which was great to refresh towels. Very relaxing

Was a little disappointed with the kitchen equipment. In particular, cook utensils, pots pans. We were there for a week and could bearly make much of a dinner. Also, we weren't give much to clean with at Start. For the price we paid, a sponge would have been nice. Our friend booked a room for the weekend on the same level a couple doors down and her room was way nicer in terms of decor and kitchen. No reception to help after hours either.

That’s the second time we’ve stayed at Ultra, and I think it was even better the second time around. Perfect family location, 4 blocks from Broadbeach’s restaurant hub, two blocks from Pacific Fair. Easy access to the fwy which will take you up or down the coast and the the theme parks, so you’ll be hard pressed to find something better.

The amount of construction going on around it right now, but that’s not their fault.

amazing views of the coastline. very spacious. very clean rooms. comfortable beds. very well priced. well kept grounds, pool and gym. Considering the proximity to the beach, Pacific Fair, hospitality, parks and playgrounds we think this was very good value for money.

Our apartment had some minor damage. The TV had been hit in 5 places (by a previous tenant we assume) so the picture had marks when watching. The curtain in the 2nd bedroom wouldn’t go up or down. Some of the cooking pots hadn’t been cleaned properly and had melted cheese in them.

Excellent room, newly refurbished/carpeted. Bed was exceptionally comfortably and high quality linen. Great space for entertaining. View was amazing, only obscured by one building. High security to access floors. Walking distance (one block) to Casino , Pacific Fair and Light rail.

We stayed over long weekend so minimal staff on reception. The ones there were friendly and helpful so its not really a dislike just a point to remember if booking over Public Holidays

The room and the view were lovely. I liked the location. The balcony was lovely. I liked the bathroom and the kitchen.

The floors were not very clean and there was a stain on the bed sheet. I think it would be nice to receive more than one hand towel. Unfortunately there were road works being done all through the night on at least two of the nights that we stayed. I understand this was beyond Ultra's control.

Excellent Location- Easy walking distance to the beach and amenities ie Pacific Fair and Broadbeach Oasis Mail. There’s also a dedicated toddler pool (maximum depth 55cm) which gives you peace of mind that you can relax on the lounge chairs/pool side whilst your kids can wad around in the pool (without you having to get wet!)

The beds were slightly hard and uncomfortable, though this could be due to the room configuration where two singles are pushed together to make a deluxe double. A mattress topper would do

We arrived early on a flight from Singapore. The reception staff managed to get us into the apartment early and were happy to point us in the right direction for breakfast. A treat box was left which was very much appreciated.

Could not fault the apartment or facilities. Sheets and towels changed halfway and carpets hoovered. Everything was very well maintained.

The location was handy - I travelled for a work conference close by. It was lovely waking up to a view of the ocean.

As I was travelling for work, I flew in late (after hours)...this process was relatively easy via the after hours intercom to collect the keys. However, I was asked to visit reception to provide ID (Driver's Licence etc) during hours. As I needed to be at the conference early and didn't finish until after 6pm each night, I could never get to reception during manned hours. I was concerned that the security fob would be cancelled (as this is mentioned in the after hours welcome pack). I would suggest that the hours of operation for reception be extended to allow for different styles of travellers.

would be nice to receive enough washing detergent, dishwasher powder and maybe some spray and wipe to maintain the cleanliness. The 3 star cabin we hired afterwards was better equipped. The aircon didn’t seem to work properly efficiently. As a small criticism, it would’ve been nice if the spa was a bit warmer.

Great location for a family holiday with teenagers. Across the road was a school and the kids could play basketball and I could see them (in the distance) from our balcony. Spacious accommodation. Great ocean views - we could see Whales and Dolphins everyday from the apartment. Reception staff went above expectation bringing in something from their own home for me to borrow whilst on holiday.
