Location was excellent with great views from our Ocean View apartment. Our Apartment had pretty much everything we needed and the pool and spa were great even in the rain. Super close to Pacific Fair and supermarket/cafes. We were really happy with our choice!

A couple of little things - no salt and pepper shakers, needed more dishwashing liquid, dishwasher and laundry powder for longer stays but definitely not show stoppers!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The location was great, it was a short walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and the tram / buses to get to Sea World etc. Took about an hour to get to Harbour Town and 40 mins to get to Sea World. Was also a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The location was primo.

We stayed for a week and the apartment was cleaned once. We actually ran out of toilet paper (it wasn't replaced during the clean) and reception was closed over the weekend. Had to buy our own. It was a minor inconvenience lol.

the bathroom door lock did not work. Even if you lock it, it can be open from outside. no milk, tea or coffee if you do not ask the reception. But reception access is limited (9:00 - 17:00) week days 9:00 - 15:00 Saturdays and 9:00 -13:00 Sunday. But we do not stay in the hotel during the day time. What's the point of having the reception as we collected the keys call after-hours instructions. It took about 20 mins

This has been our 5th time at this wonderful place. The location of buses and light rail is excellent, and walking distance to restaurants and pacific fair is excellent too. Outstanding view of the water from our ocean view room, is just breathtaking.

The only disappointing thing was the bed needed to be upgraded as it dipped in the middle and hence gave me some aches and pains. Apart from that, the unit was excellent and the staff are really hospitable.

Very clean, extremely comfortable bed with great pillows. Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Lauren at reception was amazing, always happy and couldn’t be more helpful. Over all I can’t fault the place. Would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

We loved everything about this property. It was clean, in a great location close to the beach, mall and tram, and an awesome pool.

Loved most things. It would have been nice to be able to have a wine by the pool at night but I understand why alcohol is banned in shared spaces.

Amazing views from the apartment. Perfect location next to Pacific Fair shopping centre, Broadbeach beach and inclusive car park availability.

The bathroom doesn’t have a door. If you have kids, this can cause quite a mess with water everywhere. Amenities were limited, eg: no serviettes/tissues were provided in kitchen.

Close to everything. Including Tram. Have to walk 10 mins max to get anywhere. Older hotel but value for money for families is spot on. Couldn't recommend more. View of the ocean is unimpeded no matter which room you stay in.

Games room for kids needs updating, but that's just being picky. Also kids pool is FREEZING - Makes no sense, it's the shallowest and gets the most sun, but the regular one is great lol.

What a spectacular view of the ocean! The balcony and ocean breeze welcomed us into a spacious, clean, and well-appointed apartment. This place definitely exceeded our expectations!

Happy to comply with your request to recycle, however we needed a bin, bag, or box to carry our items down 16 floors to the dumpster in the basement.

The location was great. Close to the tram, bus, mall, beach and eateries. Great to have a full kitchen available.

Our aircon stopped working on the first day and needed replacing, which didn’t happen before we checked out unfortunately so this was a downside.
