The 1 bedroom apartment was excellent. It had just been tastefully renovated. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable and had everything needed for cooking, etc. The staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. Ideally located on the intersection diagonally opposite Pacific Fair Shopping centre, a 5 minute walk in to central Broadbeach, 2 minute walk to beach and 5 minute walk to Gold Coast Convention Centre. The G-Link tram was also a 2 minute walk away. My wife and I had a great stay and would recommend Neptune Resort to anyone looking for good value for money accommodation in Broadbeach.

Being a little picky here, but being close to a major intersection there was a bit of traffic noise but there is nothing you can do about that.

Pool was great and I was very excited about the sauna! Staff on reception were lovely. The room was very spacious and clean! The room was equipped with essential electrical items such a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron - all of which worked great.

I didn’t like the fact that we had booked the “superior room” but had two single beds pushed together. It made sleeping next to my partner very uncomfortable and quite awkward as there was a hard line between us where the two single beds met at the edges. Would definitely have preferred a queen mattress or at least a double. Also, I would have liked more than one small tube of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. As we stayed for four nights and there were two of us, it would have been nice to have one small bottle of those things each. This also applies to the shower towels. It would have been good to have two towels each over the four days as we obviously were showering everyday.

The stay at Neptune Resort was fantastic. It is close to everything - beach, shopping, dinner and public transport is a breeze. There is a little cafe downstairs which is open 6am - 2pm and is absolutely divine. The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. We had a 2 bedroom apartment (upgraded to an ocean view which was a pleasant surprise) and it was very clean and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. The apartment was not large but suited us as a family of 3. We would absolutely stay here again when we visit QLD next time.

Nothing overly concerning as the stay was fabulous but in room 704 the main bedroom window has obviously been replaced and is no longer sound proof (different glass and the window doesn't shut properly). Being a room with an ocean view (thank you for the upgrade) but a little recommendation to install blockout blinds in the bedrooms as 4:22 - 5:00am is rather early to be woken by a sunrise, as glorious as they were. Other than that it was a beautiful getaway and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location, and facilities were lovely, very clean and tidy… lovely staff no issues… management were lovely and very easy to deal with if we had questions ect… was recommend an activity while up here from them which we did and no regrets! ❤️ lovely experience would definitely come back again just because of the friendly service and that’s what made the trip for me personally ❤️🥰

Can’t say there was anything i didn’t like, we had a blown light when we arrived, however we brought it too managements attention and they were extremely friendly and apologetic and it was fixed very quickly… lovely little place to stay!

Perfect location for access to transport, beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment - although somewhat dated and basic - was clean and comfortable. Warm and welcoming staff at entry.

The king bed mattress was comfortable enough - I slept well - but it certainly was missing the added level of comfort and padding that you get from a more luxurious hotel. There was also a faint chemical smell (perhaps paint?) in the hallway, but this disappeared when I entered the unit. Also, I couldn't open the balcony door (likely 'user error' though, and I didn't ask for assistance).

Everything was excellent, the room was of great size and very comfortably equipped for a 2 week holiday, it was good that we could do a wash within the apartment, rather than having to find a laundromat.

Being on the corner of a main road, a lot of road noise. We didn't get the sun on the balcony at all through the day. so it wasn't warm enough to sit out, but that may just have been the time of year?

The location was handy to both patrolled beach and shops and restaurants. The one-bedroom apartment was well designed and roomy. Heated outdoor pool was a plus since our visit was during Winter. Second television in bedroom provided viewing flexibility. Secure undercover parking was easy to access and had a no nonsense "park in any vacant spot "policy.

Bed was a little harder than we are used to. Nothing else really.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were really accomodating. Check in late at night was easy. Great location, could walk to Pacific fair mall, Dracula's and the Pink Flamingo shows. Lotsnof bars and restaurants close by (even vegan!)

The hotel is on the corner of two really large busy roads. Not a problem with the doors and windows shut, but we like to enjoy the balcony which wasn't relaxing at all. Also the coffee in the downstairs cafe is not good. Not sure if its the beans or the barista..

Great location in Broadbeach. Comfortable, quiet, and roomy with everything that was needed for a short stay. Great to have a large fridge and good kitchen.

The apartment is a bit dated, although everything seemed to work. It's annoying that there is very little dishwashing detergent for handwashing or dishwasher. Especially when you're expected to ensure all dishes are washed before you leave. Also, the requirement to dispose of all rubbish and recycling before you leave is difficult when you leave early in the morning.

My 1 bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations. It included everything I needed for my stay. My apartment & the whole building was spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing. Both Australia Fair shopping Centre & Star Casino were a very short walk away as was public transport including the tram. The beach was walking distance as was the Kuwarra Surf Club. I will certainly book again in the future
