The staff were friendly and the accommodation had plenty of space and was well presented. The pool and rear courtyard were great and the view across the river from the balcony was beautiful (really great for catching sunsets on the water). The location was excellent being a short walk from the beach front and shops.

The property is a bit tired and in need of repairs/updating/mould removal - not a big deal and didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay. (Considering how large the property is it was still clearly given a thorough clean before we stayed.)

One thing would be the shower. It would have been great to have a proper door/curtain so the floor don't get flooded and floor towels don't get soaked

The location was marvellous and we managed to explore Mooloolaba extensively. Tara was a great help and so friendly.

The studio apartment was great but my side of the bed was a little saggy and I needed both pillows to support my neck.

Everything.. is the perfect place for family/friend stay.. loved the feel, the open plan living, the pool and river view. Loved the private parking and just the space surrounding us.. our fur babies loved it, which was most important, and they were safe and secure in yard..the quality of everything was unparalleled from wine glasses in the kitchen to the quality toilet paper... will definitely return to this wonderful place ❤

The room was spacious, the bed was so super comfy we had the best nights sleep, the reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. Loved being able to have a coffee in the machine. Also pet friendly is always a bonus, our girl was really happy there

Nice, clean place with good kitchen facilities and separate bedroom. I didn’t meet any staff member as keys were in a key safe, but as I didn’t need anything that was fine. Weather was poor so didn’t get chance to try pool or BBQ. Close to local shops and beach.

Pet friendly (hard to find on the Sunshine Coast) at an excellent location, within walking distance to the beach and shops. While it doesn’t have beach views, the villas overlook canals. Very pleasant. Air conditioned, which was appreciated when the weather was particularly muggy. Didn’t need aircon overnight - there was a nice cool breeze coming from the canal (helped along by ceiling fan). The pool was glorious after a day walking around the area. The villa I stayed in was super clean. There was a lot of beautiful artwork in the villa (available for purchase if you take a real fancy to it).

Villas are townhouses with bedrooms upstairs. This wasn’t a problem, just something to be aware of if steps are an issue.

Travelling to pick up our new van. Accomodation was lovely, would recommend my family & friends to stay here. Only a short walking distance from the beach with a great range of cage & restaurants.

Dog friendly, well presented villa in quiet location overlooking one of the residential canals in Mooloolaba. Secure and clean outside area for dogs. Lovely pool overlooking the canal and 5 minute walk to shops and Mooloolaba beach. Beds very comfortable and villa well equipped with all the essentials. Definitely stay again.

Tara was amazing in her customer service. She was kind, courteous, thoughtful and thorough. The house had every need catered for and was very relaxing.
