Sea view, location and close to beach, gym, pool, nice stylish apartment tho a bit run down

There are 3 Mantras in Mooloolaba and google gets confused between them sometimes which confuses you. What caused considerable stress was our key tags didn’t work for the first 3 days, and they tried 3 times to fix the problem. We had to leave the flat open or get someone to unlock for us and with 2 families together was a challenge. We had to pay for cot and high chair, services that usually come with these bookings. We feel we paid for those things in the price.

Location is excellent. Straight down the lift to the main street and beach. The view was stunning from 8th floor. Kitchen large and lounge tastefully decorated.

The pool did not look like the photos as there is massive construction happening right next door. Never used it as not a nice environment at present. Shower in ensuite is good but would be difficult for aged or inflexible person as it is a high step in and out given its into a high edged spa bath.

Great location- could park the car on arrival and access everything on foot. Very spacious 3-bedroom apartment with enough space for an adult family of 6 and a baby to spread out without feeling crowded Fantastic views of the beach and action (ironman weekend) from the 7th floor apartment.

The decor is getting a little dated/tired- not that I didn't like it, but just noted it, having stayed here on a number of previous occasions. It was still very clean and tidy.

The view is great from the apartment we were allocated. The location is great as it's very central to everything we needed in Mooloolaba.

The main aircon in the kitchen/lounge area was not working. Someone from maintenance checked it but we never got feedback on the outcome. The assumption was that it's faulty as we tried to use it after and it was switched off completely. The lounge could use with a vacumn under the couches as it was quite dusty there. We have young kids dropping stuff all the time and had to fish things out from under the couches as few times.

It was in the central Cafe area with beach views. Very well provided for all conveniences. Very comfortable. Management provided a free night for compensation for some incinveniences. Would stay again.

Heaters didn't work, but maintenance provided plug in heaters for our convenience. No Streaming services provided. In fairness Management provided a free night as compensation.

We had a wonderful stay. Beds were very comfortable. Great kitchen. Main bathroom great. Great balcony with excellent views. Location superb with heaps of restaurant options in walking distance. Beach front location with lovely clean sand and water. Easy access to secure car parking.

Ensuite shower was over a spa bath. So if you are tall you cannot use. So we had 4 people all using main bathroom shower. Not ideal. Request for extra toilet roll was difficult to fulfil by reception. If you are not an Accor Plus member you need to pay for internet access.

Great location every thing is walking distance, directly down stairs.We were on the 5th floor over looking the beach and the rainbow lorikeets flock to the fur trees out the front on dusk.The night markets where on Saturday and Thursday which was lovely to have a wonder through.Car park height is 2.2 so didn't have to worry about the car been on the street.

We had a three bedroom apartment which was clean and spacious but the children's rooms were directly above the pool and in the morning if they wanted to sleep in they got woken to the music been played by the hotel in the pool area. Also the shower head in the ensuite was painful as it moved to face the floor when you turned the water on and off and one had to fiddle with it to stay up (I'm sure this is an easy fix)and it was due to the great water pressure .

Location is 10/10. We did have a little trouble checking in after hours, as no one was answering the number we were given to call. Eventually someone arrived on site and let us in after about 30mins of waiting. This was frustrating however not too much of a problem as we just went to a near by restaurant to wait until this was sorted. We had a 2 bedroom unit, which while the interiors are dated, was well appointed, comfortable & clean, with amazing views. I'd say if you want good value for money, a fabulous location, comfortable beds this is a great option.

After hours check in.

The hotel was really well located overlooking the beach. Shops and restaurants very close nearby. The rooms had a very nice fit out. Clean and well kept.

The only criticism was the main bedroom had a shower in the spa bath and it was very hard to get into and out of. A walk-in shower would have been far preferable and a bath if you had young children. It would be very difficult for elderly people.

Fantastic location - view to die for and lots of eateries to choose from just downstairs. The gym was also well equipped and quiet. The pool looked ok too. Included parking was super convenient and the desk staff were kind enough to let us park there ahead of our check-in time.

Some areas looked a little tired and our apartment was a little musty - although this was addressed by running the a/c.
