The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, with a very short walk to everything. Check in was out of hours but the instructions were easy and clear and there was no issue with getting keys.

The underground car park was very secure and easy to access but was a little bit tight for parking a ute. It was manageable but a smaller car would have been easier or a more convenient parking space than the lower basement in the corner.

It was only for an overnight stay before we flew out the following day, we had a late check in and it was made easy by the after hours service. The room was a good size and a very comfortable bed. Had a full kitchen if required and a decent size balcony as well which over looked the back of the hotel towards the hills. Even though it's not right in the "foodie" area it was just a 3-5 minute stroll to the shops. Great location and very quiet at night

Since we had a bit of a wait for our afternoon flight, a pool would have been good

Fantastic location within Mooloolaba. Great little apartment. We ended up on the 8th floor so great views as well. The rooms are good size with plenty of storage and the kitchen was well equiped.

Living room furnishings were a bit sparce and the TV is quite a distance from the lounge. The primary shower apparently had fine water pressure however the secondary was pretty pitiful. It was hot and luckily a wand shower head.

We came with our 1 year old son and our cousin - who is in a wheelchair. The staff were lovely, the lift was very spacious, it fit our wheelchair, pram, myself and my partner, and our 2 suitcases. Our room was great and had everything we needed, including the extra towels we asked for. There were 2 aircons which were fantastic in this heat, and the views were stunning. The whole place was clean, and the beach and restaurants were a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed our time at Sea Breeze

Location was perfect. Cleanliness was perfect. Staff were above excellent. Great that there was very little road noise.

Bedrooms at night definitely need blackout curtains or similar. Blinds in both rooms let too much light into bedrooms & had no affect whatsoever. Mights as well just have left the lights on in the bedrooms. Very disturbing and not restful.

Apart from the narrow access going down to the carpark area, but once in the car park it was easy to maneuver. Other then that, I can't think of anything negative to say about the property, as this was my first visit.

Frypan wasn’t good to cook with old needs replacing, hot water took a long time to get hot and temp could of been hotter. Parking garage is way too small even for my Elantra it was very tight and if car park had been full getting into 703 would of been a nightmare and literally impossible

Small and compact perfect for a weekend getaway. Natural products for shower area and a good selection of teas in the kitchen. Nice patio size with table to eat outside.

Only 1 pillow per person. And low and soft at that. Min 2 per person and different heights/firmness/plushness. Would stay again.

The property is close to the main attractions, very well priced for what we received and a comfortable stay.

We were happy with the property for our four night stay. If longer, we may have needed additional toiletry and bathroom supplies.

Loved the layout of the apartment and convenience to walking everywhere in Mooloolaba.

Improvements could be the carpark, it is very hard getting in and out because of the tightness of the angles and steepness of the hills. Scraped my new car tires. Also the balcony door was unlocked and no key was provided, meaning my son could get out there.
