The location is really convenient. Across the road from The Wharf, restaurants all around, 8 mins walk to Coles Supermarket and 5 mins to Mooloolaba Beach. The hosts Heidi and Steve are really friendly as well. The apartment we booked came with the use of the garage which was really useful as my son could keep his bicycle and the bike box in there when not in use. The apartment is clean and wifi is strong.

We did find the unit not as bright as we would have liked in the living room area. We were on the 2nd floor so it was not too bad climbing up the stairs as there are no lifts.

The location of Sailport is ideal. Walk across the road to the Wharf - great restaurants and cafes there or 10mins up the road to the Esplanade. Great bus service at the front door. Spotlessly clean.

The only problem was the access to our top room apartment which was by stairs. It caused us no problem because Steve, the Manager took our cases up for us. It really is something that people should be aware of when booking the top floor apartments.

Owner/Manager Steve was very friendly, very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The apartments are dated, but they were clean, tidy and comfortable. Fabulous location and a beautiful private pool.

Aircon in main living area was out of order, but we were advised about it on arrival ... it just meant that we had to run the air-conditioning in the bedrooms flat out. Stairs were an issue for me as I am post YKR and my friend has hip issues, but if you're not bothered by stairs it would be OK.

Well equipped kitchen, great views from the living room but quiet in the back bedrooms. Very helpful managers. A very short walk to the Wharf pubs and cafes, the excellent Sealife attraction, the surf club and the boardwalk.

Nothing, but guests should be mindful that, like most apartment buildings here, there are no elevators, so avoid bringing heavy cases.

Exceptionally well-kept, well-managed, well-located apartment. Large in size and very comfortable with modern updating. Just loved it and we will be back.

At a stretch to find something bad - the only thing I guess is very minor the parking spots are tight. And only a single park per unit however the managers located us a second park on the first day which was so appreciated. Not an issue I expect during mid and low season but high season there is less on-street parking. This is not really an issue and would not prevent our return!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Location was excellent to beach, shops and restaurants. Pool was lovely and peaceful.

Unfortunately our room had a leaking air conditioner with an unpleasant odor but as soon as we mentioned it to reception, they were very accommodating and we were moved to another room which had a rooftop balcony with awesome views over the river and wharf.

Close to everything, beach, docks, shops and restaurants all within in a 15-minute walk radius. Very good secure parking at back and very friendly staff always happy to help, also public transport (bus stop) right out the front if you don't have a car.

No elevator on site, so if you are travelling with elderly family or friends stay on the ground or first floors as it is a slog up a lot of stairs.

The location was very good , the apartment was a good size , the outdoor furniture was uncomfortable and not very stable. I didn’t like the staircase but, overall pretty good.

The outdoor furniture. The stairs had I known I perhaps wouldn’t have booked but having said that we had a lovely time. I didn’t like that there was only four coffee mugs. The end room with the queen size bed had too much light coming into the room in the morning.

Location was excellent with access to everything we needed right at the doorstep. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly when we arrived a day late and they organised our coles delivery to be unpacked. Pool area was awesome, especially the pool being heated (most QLD hotel pools are freezing at this time of year) and the heated spa. Apartment had everything we needed, kitchen really well fitted out. Everything was clean, including the BBQs.

Unfortunately it was a bit noisy on our balcony due to the buses and general traffic (not something the apartment can control). A few small maintenance issues in our apartment but nothing bad enough for us to worry about raising with the owners.

The location of the property is fantastic, close to all the amenities as well as having a great view over the water. The staff are super friendly, and the units provide everything you could possibly need for your stay. Little touches like a swap a book shelf and games shelf were really nice and the units are a generous size.

The property itself is a little older, but it's well maintained and cared for which is great. The only niggle we found was that the shower heads were fairly old, they were hard to position (kept slipping so they faced down) and holes were blocked. The main road can get a little noisy, but considering the view and location you can overlook it!
