From the moment my partner and I arrived we were greeted by the friendly reception staff, Karen showed us to our apartment and around the resort, as well as pointed out some lovely place to check out nearby. The resort is well located, just a short stroll from the beach and main restaurant strip. The pool area is beautifully designed, perfect for families with kids or couples to get away and relax. The apartments are well equipped not to mention clean and comfortable. Bonus is the roof top views which are just spectacular. We look forward to our stay here again. Definitely recommend this place to anyone considering visiting the Sunshine Coast.

Great location to the beach and shops. A short walk .

We were in room 60, with our own rooftop spa,. A screen would be handy up there to change out of wet clothes before leaving would be good. For the price would have expected kitchen to be stocked with cleaning products for the week. It’s pretty pathetic that you are expected to purchase more dish washing liquid and powder. Only 1 sachet of each supplied. With flu and Covid they should be encouraging all items to be washed with the dishwasher. I couldn’t sleep in the memory foam QS bed and used the single bed. I didn’t like the constant worry of setting off the fire alarm from steam and cooking.. also a lack of power points

The resort is located near the surf club, ( not right on the beach) but back less than a block.from a lovely patrolled beach. It is a short walk to the wharf area and the other area where most of the restaurants/cafes are located. The resort's location feels like it is away from the hustle and bustle but it is really in the midst of all that is needed for a lovely relaxing time. We did not need a car and an Uber ride to the Sunshine Coast airport cost us around $32. The pool is really nice as is the rooftop BBQ area . We really enjoyed our stress free break at this resort.

We have stayed at the Caribbean several times over the years. It always offers reliable quality rooms and service in a great central location at Mooloolaba at a reasonable price. We particularly acknowledge the quick response by management - after hours - to come and assist once we encountered a problem with access. For a short stay in Mooloolaba, we would be happy to stay here again.

The facility is looking a little dated. while still very clean, the colour schemes have not aged well. The apartment we stayed in had a large join crack in one of the panels suggesting a bit of maintenance/painting is due.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic. The rooftop and pool facilities were great although I found the water too cool in the pool and was expecting it a little warmer as it is heated. The outdoor spa was great so I could sit there whilst family braved the pool. The unit was large with sizeable rooms and a spa bath. We had all we needed in kitchen facilities and the balcony was a lovely place to sit for breakfast or afternoon sun.

There were only minor negative points to mention as this is overall a really good place to stay. The taps in the unit's bathroom were very hard to turn on, too hard most times for our daughter and I needed 2 hands on the cold tap. Some spaces were not as clean as expected but good enough. The cafe across the street was a very popular choice for a cyclist group on a Saturday morning so there was no sleeping past 7 that day.

The reception staff were great and the pool was a joy

I placed my order with you at booking,com at your reduced rate of $486 instead of $648. You then sent our order through to the resort at the full rate. I immediately rang the resort and they said to cancel with you which I did...but you NEVER actioned this and instead we had to pay $162 more then you advertised, as they are unable to change without confirmation from you. We are most unhappy that this has happened and would like your response. We would not have booked at the full rate as there were other options and websites we could have used. Please get back to me at your earliest

The location really suited us. Plenty of facilities for families to use and yet quiet for older couples such as us. We walked along the beachfront every morning before breakfast which was a great way to start the day.

Really enjoyed everything. We were on the ground floor so no view. This was not a major problem and there was no noise at night to disturb us and our patio was secluded.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, great recommendations for places to go and eat. Apartment was very clean and spacious, outdoor spa and pool is really nice. Location was perfect a few mins walk to beach and cafes.

The only thing I can fault was no smoking on the balcony, in the room directory said designated smoking area but did not say where to go. Rooms a little out dated but everything was in working condition.

Cleanliness could have been better, finding used tissues behind coffee table and bedside table was a bit off putting. As a smoker the "designated" smoking area basically at the edge of the property out the back was annoying, a chair or small table in the vicinity would have been nice.

Perfect for families. Much cheaper than most apartments in Mooloolaba. Great pool (and toddler pool & spa), lifts, walk-in shower, comfy beds, balcony, washing machine & dryer. Very close (less than one block) to beach, shops, cafes & surf club. Games room & gym. Underground secure carpark.

Bit basic & dated. Lounges could do with clean.
