Location is excellent with easy stroll to the wharf, beach, shops, supermarket and bus stop. The apartment is clean, spacious and airy with good facilities. Wesley and Rita were very helpful and approachable. We would definitely stay here again, but would ask for a ground level unit not facing the road. Bed was very comfortable. thank you Wesley and Rita.

Our apartment was on the road side. We would have liked to have been able to keep the windows open at night but we found that it was too noisy and unfortunately, the ceiling fan in the bedroom creaked a little. We still used it.

The location. In walking distance of the beach, eateries, river front. It was quiet. Welcome on arrival. The pool was clean. We were catching up with other family and able to invite them to join us for dinner on 1 night.

A clunking tap in the bathroom that juddered. The hot plates and electric frypan controls were not really working. But able to cook with an off-n-on approach to prevent burning food.

The location to the main beach and shops is perfect. Staff are helpful and friendly. The unit is bright and airy and feels well secured and safe.The bbq and pool area is lovely although the water was quite cold.

Loved everything except parking car into a Manuel garage. Our car was large and getting out was very difficult as the doors could only open a third of the way. Ended up unloading first with passenger getting out and was still very tight

The location for me was the best part because my son just walks to his training venue and getting food was not a problem. Location was excellent and the property was just awesome.

There was nothing not to like. We were there for 2 days to drop off and pick up my son again and he loved the place and so did we.

Clean & tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Good size for two. Had everything we wanted. Handy to esplanade. Had a car park with security gates. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. And was on a quiet street. Also value for money.

Shower was alright but did not have much pressure. Internet was not the greatest. We were on the third floor & they do not have a lift. So you have to carry you bags up 3 flights of starts. You get a good work out while we were there.

This place is definitely one of Maloolabas hidden gems! The location is excellent. The management are kind and consistent. Our apartment was spotless and well stocked. We went to the beach, hot tub and pool several times a day. We also strolled down to town and sampled the night life. There was nothing we weren't pleased with.

Absolutely nothing!

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The managers were very helpful and friendly. Very close to restaurants and shops and to Sea Life Aquarium and the docks. For swimming in the surf 5 mins walk and just down the beach 10 mins walk for calm water if you don't want surf. We didn't use the pool but it looked good.

Only negative would be that there was traffic noise when sitting out on the balcony during the day so not as relaxing as we would like. The traffic noise was not a problem at night.

Nice clean open room, great location with only a short walk to the warf or the esplanade.

We didn't have a designated park for our room like the other rooms so had to try and park in visitor parking. We had 2 flights of stairs to get to our room, which wasn't too bad but I would reccomend ground level if you have kids.

the location was so close to what we wanted on our holiday, the pool, spa and gardens were heavenly. we are already planning to come here again.

Location was great, only 5 min walk to main part of Mooloolaba beach, shops and restaurants.. comfy room, with most things you needed.

I stated in room 13, and although not the owners fault, the people in room 14 were in and out over 20 times a night. Door slamming, speaking in stairwell. Just plain inconsiderate.. again, not the owners fault.
