You could not beat the location. Nice and quiet room that had plenty of space. Very comfy lounge area Bed was comfy

If I have to critsise something it would be signs on doors and kitchens about additional charges. Eg. $1 for an extra roll of toilet paper or the other one, you will be charged $80 for kitchen clean up. I think the additional toilet paper charge is a bit stingy and there is a way of presenting the info about kitchen clean in a less barky tone. It's not a hostel!

Emerald is in a great location on Hasting Street and the rear access meant no negotiating with traffic on Hasting. Access to towers is great and easy to get in and out. I did not use the pool/spa facilities but looked well maintained and inviting. The older style rooms are spacious and will appointed as are the common areas the same all tastefully updated. Although is did not utilize the full size kitchen would be a great option for a family holiday with the ability to eat in instead of out. Air conditioning worked very well as got to experience heat and cool due to weather. As it is located on Hasting Street location to shops, food and beach is self explanatory. It was easy to get out to catch up with family staying in other accommodation on Hasting.

Great location, great sized apartment, and the dining and lounge furniture was very nice, modern and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet for a great sleep. The pool is nice and big with some undercover area. Overall good value for money.

The beds are a bit soft and you sink in the middle of them. The staff weren’t the friendliest compared to other places we have stayed nearby. They weren’t rude, but for example they didn’t welcome you when you walked through reception or go out of their way to be friendly like other places in Noosa have. There weren’t umbrellas for guests to use when raining or beach cabanas to hire.

Cannot thank Alyssa enough for her help in moving us to a better room when we arrived. Our original room was nice but a renovated room became available which was absolutely beautiful and much more homely for our week stay- thank you Alyssa ! ! !

Just wish the pool was in a better location - not that big a deal but wasn’t very open. Nice and warm though so that was a nice surprise in Noosa winter :-)

Outstanding accommodation. Facilities were excellent. room was clean, pool was amazing and room size was great for a family. Location was 10/10, staff were friendly and helpful and grounds were clean and tidy all the time. I couldn't fault the resort, we were more than satisfied and will definately return !

If I had to be picky, the bed mattress in the main room in our apartment should be updated. It did feel worn (very very soft) and you could feel the springs in spots.

We were in a Penthouse which was modern, light and comfortable. Property is on Hasting street and close to the beach so easy access.

We were initially put into a dark apartment that smelled of bleach. Blind in lounge facing carpark was broken, so people could look in. We asked to be moved. Staff were very helpful and changed us to a nice apartment.

Excellent location and facilities. Loved the sauna, spa, and pool, although the pool is not very private. Staff friendly and efficient. Had an issue with an unpleasant bathroom smell that was rectified with 10 minutes. Instructions on how to find the garage were clear and check in process painless. Good to have a washing machine too.

For the premium paid to have a platinum apartment, the mattresses and pillows could perhaps do with replacing. One of the single beds in particular has a big "dip" in it. The balcony was not clean, and the outdoor air conditioner was noisy. Unit overlooked an outdoor carpark, so it could also be quite noisy some nights. Blinds could also do with replacing with blockout blinds. Timber venetians that let the light through. One bedroom was quite small. The main bedroom was great size as was the ensuite. Was disappointed not to have a bedside table or bedside lights. No dryer.

Location was perfect! The size and layout of the apartment was also excellent! Huge kitchen and living, plenty of natural light. Staff all friendly and catered to our requests perfectly, offered late checkout when asked. Thank you!

The pool area was clean and tidy but didn’t get any sun, it was a bit dark and in the shadows. We also had a huge penthouse rooftop that was unfurnished. We were very grateful when the manager offered the use of the adjacent roof. First world problems!

The apartment was spacious and quiet, very clean with modern amenities very well maintained. The TV's were great and choice of entertainment/ programs were good. The laundry facilities were really good. The kitchen was spacious and appliances easy to use.

The apartment was a little lighter at night than what I am used to due to outside pathway lights and position of bedrooms but eyeshades fixed this in an instant.

The hotel features a clean pool, hot tub, and sauna, and is conveniently located on Noosa's bustling Hastings Street, providing easy access to numerous restaurants and the beach. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The main drawback was the noise from the restaurant below, which played loud music. Although the music ended early enough not to disturb sleep, it could be disruptive during early evening hours.
