The location is the absolute best! On the beach and in the heart of Hastings Street. We had a ground floor apartment and was perfect for easy access to the pool and beach. There are some stairs from apartment to pathway so be aware if brining pram or need accessibility. I read reviews online that the ground floor rooms hadn't been refurbished but I thought the room we had (#14) was lovely and modern. A little dusty in areas but nothing extreme!

Bringing luggage to the room wasn't easy as no lift straight from car park to room (and we were on the ground floor), can't imagine how hard it would have been to take everything up higher. Also, although some staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome and some were the complete opposite and made us feel burdensome and were annoyed to be asked basic questions. Get this anywhere I guess.

The lift was out of order throughout our stay and our room was on level 3. Staff were not unfriendly but not very helpful either. We had to ask for fresh towels and toiletries not replaced regularly. Too many rules and potentially hidden costs e.g., $60 penalty if you failed to return plastic room keys, $60 penalty if you don’t take the rubbish out, extra cleaning fees may apply. Bed mattress was uncomfortable and although recently renovated bedrooms smelled musty. Bathroom area was too small.

Cannot beat the location.

Our linen was stained, was a bit off putting initially. appliances were outdated, rangehood didnt work, stovetop took forever to heat up, fridge froze some foods at the back. Hotwater was unpredictable. Main bed was uncomfortable, saggy. Maybe would be acceptable if you werent paying some of the most expensive rates in noosa.

Location right on the beach and next to shops on Hastings. Couldn't be any more convenient. Great view of beach and convenient for everyone.

Parking has height restrictions so may be an issue for larger cars and roof racks, etc. Reception allowed us to park in the outside visitor park which was good of them. Privacy is a little compromised with neighboring units simply due to building design.

Would have been good if there were more dishes in the kitchen that we could have used when we cooked. For oven, bbq etc. Tv was a bit old and slow.

Fantastic location on Hastings Street offering the best possible views of the beach. The beach is perfect for swimming and body surfing. The sand is soft and clean. The accommodation pool was clean, not full of chemicals and a perfect temperature.

The legs of all of the deck furniture on all decks urgently need to have rubber feet installed on then to stop the noise of them being shifted. The hot water temperature is too low in the taps and shower.

That we didn't get the room on line we picked. It was incredibly hard to get up the stairs with bags. No notice or help from staff. I almost dropped the bag back down the stairs. If I got the room I wanted it would have been 10.

Lift was broken inconvenient one heavily pregnant guest also , and we had to request and ask for the extra linen and towels which is disappointing considering the price. We also found previous guests clothing in cupboards which seem to indicate it had not been cleaned

Loved the location and outlook. Was also impressed with daily fresh towels and room service (beds made & rubbish removed)

There was quite a few families so a bit of noise from kids/babies crying during the day.
