Location is great. Just metres from the beach and the surf club. At least three places just outside the door where you can get coffee. Grill'd burgers just outside, A number of other restaurants a few metres away. The bus station is just a minute or so walk - you'll need a Go card to get around (e.g., Eumundi markets, Noosaville, Peregian Beach), but the bus service is excellent. No need to have a car, although Ocean Breeze has parking for guests.

If you want to stream Netflix etc., you'll need to bring your own account details. Don't forget to logout when you leave.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family (2 kids aged 4 and 7 months). Centrally located with under a minute to Hastings street, the beach and the National park, it made life easy. Despite being on the street you could barely hear the road traffic. Rooms were modern and clean. The layout of the apartment was great, with two ensuites off each room, and blackout blinds on the main bedroom (which was perfect with bubs). We had friends stay at French Quarter and the Sebel and their apartments were tiny compared to ours. We ended up having family dinners at ours with everyone, because we had the biggest kitchen/lounge. The pool is heated and around a metre deep, so it suited our four year old. If you’ve got older teens it might not be great for them, but then the beach is so close. We’d definitely go back here, and recommend it to other families.

We had a ground floor unit outside the pool and the blinds in the kids room were very average and let a lot of the light in. It was also bright in the lounge at night. But honestly, they’re nitpicks. Oh, will also mention that the car park has a low entry, so we had to take our roof racks off to get in.

Given we had a hire car, the use of the car park was an important deciding factor. The size of our room was very generous, the kids having their own bedroom and bathroom made life much more pleasant for the parents. Having the use of a heated pool for the majority of the day and night meant the kids could indulge in water sports regardless of the weather. In-room laundry facilities were a great bonus...particularly for the odd tomato sauce dripped down the front of the shirt at Lifesaving Club lunch!

We have no complaints about our stay.

If walking out directly on to Hastings Street is your fancy, then the Ocean Breeze Resort may be to your liking. For our family stay we enjoyed a spacious three bedroom suite which included multiple bathrooms, a laundry and small kitchen. The accommodations are well suited but its the location of this place that really shines. Located just a stones throw from Main Beach, you will have plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner dining options, as well as being able to enjoy everything else that Noosa has to offer on foot. Take a stroll in the national parks or give the credit card a workout at many of the various designer shops.

The accommodation was basic but still well catered for. Some blackout blinds would help with jetlag and a morning sleep in.

Location was amazing, we thought it would be quite loud with our room on the street opposite car park, but window thickness was great. Whilst booking, I didn't pick up on the fact that there weren't any lifts - fortunately staff were very accommodating and were able to relocate us from our original booked room (with stairs) to another without stair access. My mother is 75 and we couldn't have dealt with stairs like we had all week.

The leather (or leather look) lounge suite needed wiping down, it had food spilt on it. Could do with a few more beach chairs for patrons to use. Perhaps a few more spare rolls of toilet paper - I had to ask for more at reception. I didn't pick up on the fact that there weren't any lifts, fortunately staff were very accommodating and were able to relocate us from our booked room to another without stair access.

Excellent location, in the heart of everything. Short walk to beach, national park and shops. Staff were very nice and helpful. Allowed us to store our bags until our room was ready and then sent us a text to tell us when the room was ready for us - managed to get an early check in. They also allowed us to leave our bags after checkout and to come and go as we wished to use the pool and shower etc until we left.

Our room was on the ground floor, so was bit dark and didn’t have any views. We had to keep windows etc shut as people could see in otherwise. Interior was nice though. Gym facilities very basic and a simple set of free weights (eg dumbbells) would make a huge difference.

Location and ability to keep apartment warm and comfortable

Having the TV above the dining table and so far away was not great. We were upgraded to a 3 bed from a 2 bed as one of the toilets was out of order. We didn’t use the upstairs room as too hard to get to - my wife hates spiral stairs and there was damage to one of the steps which was dangerous. Also we are in our 60’s both with back problems- so being on the top floor was a real problem for us compared to our last visit where we were on the ground floor behind reception area. Please add our preferences to our profile and we will request anyway a ground floor room. But being on the top floor and really only having one toilet was not what we thought what we were paying for.

Excellent location right on Hastings Street and parking available undercover. Spacious unit, comfortable bed, good cooking facilities and full-sized fridge, washing machine and dryer in unit.

A group of rather loud men sitting out on their verandah playing loud music and drinking until quite late was a bit annoying. There is a number to call and security will deal with this. They were quiet the following night - probably seriously hungover.

I booked a taxi through the reception desk which came 1 and half hours late, and we were going to the airport, so obviously we had to find another way, luckily a family member happened to be near by, and he had to drop everything and take us to the airport - we just made it. I would have thought booking a taxi would have been a simple thing to do, but it didnt get done, I will never rely on the staff again, obviously their guests are no longer important once money is paid.

Late check-in instructions were very clear. AC was running when we arrived, refreshing when outside was so hot! Suite was clean when we arrived. Suite location is quiet ,bed was good had a good night sleep everytime. in-suite washing machine a a bonus. Kitchen was great, was able to make hot breakfast before heading out to the beach ⛱️! Pool was smaller than I thought but it the landscape was great and provided privacy. Spa was working when needed. Complimentary beach towel was great for beach walks. Location was great, so close to the beach!

Coffee(ground) maker would have been great!
