Location is the absolute best. Modern rooms with good amenities. Friendly reception staff. All crockery and cutlery included. Lovely pool and grounds.

There were a few long black hairs in the floor. Our stovetop did not work. We asked for this to be attended too however nothing was done. Thankfully there was an electric frying pan we could use. I don’t like the way the hotel provides a top and bottom sheet with a “raw” doona in between with no cover. Our doona had a couple of stains. Why can’t the hotel provide a doona cover? This would be more hygienic.

Lovely staff. Great location. Walk right out to Hastings street and across the road to the beach. Hotel has a nice pool and bbq area. Good air con. Clean rooms. Our room was peaceful and quiet when doors closed. Had everything needed for a weekend stay. Secure rooms and carpark. Multiple exits. Would definitely stay again for the location and convenience.

Very expensive for what you get. Older style hotel and rooms. Sliding door window tint was peeling so it looked dirty. View of pool is great from room, but other guests can see straight into the living room, main bedroom and shower if you don’t close the blinds. One tiny milk provided for 4x adults. And also there was only one elevator on our side and it was small and slow. These arent really cons that should stop you from staying, but thought it’s good just to mention. I would stay here again for location and convenience.

Love the layout; the security. Pools and spa are great. BBQ facilities were great although a bit difficult to get to. The access to the beach, shops and restaurants fantastic. I really love the location.

Couch was a little uncomfortable and the TV definitely could be bigger. I’d trade both of those for a Nespresso machine, even if I only got one capsule per person per day. To be able to make a coffee before leaving the room in the morning. The step down from the shower to the bathroom floor is really high. I don’t know how older people or kids 10-14 manage without mum or dad helping them out. The bed was a bit tired.

Great location close to retail, restaurants and very close to beach....pool was very clean , I could view the pool from my room...the cleaner was there every morning cleaning the pool. As a lone traveller I was fortunate to have a 2 bedroom room witch gave me plenty of space....The one thing I wasn't sure about was the shower in the main bedroom close to the bed...So I used the bathroom/shower in the second bedroom.

The shower basically next to the bed in the main bedroom, thought it could be possible to wet or splash the bed.

Great location to the beach and main street especially being a short stay. The reception staff where very nice and friendly. Liked the compact nature of the apartment and that you could open windows right up as well as have air conditioning if needed. Great having the washing facilities. I liked the verandah sitting area, it was great when the smoker wasn't smoking.

I didn't like the neighbour that continued to smoke next to us. This is meant to be a non smoking accommodation, I thought. It would have been good to have access to a vacuum cleaner. Not that you want to do domestics on your holiday but a little battery operated vacuum would have been handy to suck up floor sand etc. as after 5 days it did get a little dirty.

Location was great - pool area really nice - apartment was average - lounge suite was dirty and whilst some of the unit was upgraded the bathroom is dated. The building was obviously having some upgrades completed during our stay, which is good as it is currently I need of a spruce up. Staff contact was very limited but was excellent on check in. We had poor WIFI service for 2 nights and after my 2nd call we had it fixed and it was great for the rest of our stay. Overall - a very pleasant stay but room for improvement for the price.

Dirty lounge suite - tired amenities - no wifi for 2 days - no option of dining indoors

It was an apartment in a complex with an excellent pool area and enclosed secure carparking. Close to the beach and attractions (walking tracks, shops, bars & restaurants). Low key beach atmosphere. Just what we needed to Celibate of 50th wedding anniversary. A visit to Sails restaurant is a must (excellent food and service), we were very pleased that we had taken the time to book weeks ago.

Fewer restaurants concentrating on serving hamburgers but that's to be expected.

My accommodation was large with a balcony looking down on the swimming pool. There was a good little kitchen area, and a bathroom next to the bedroom. The location is at the end of Hastings Street, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is a short walk to the National Park. Also the Noosa Heads bus station is a short walk away, which made it easy for me to travel to nearby areas.

There was not a suitable place to put my suitcase. I wanted to have a hot spa, but the water was cool.

Location of the hotel was walking distance to Hastings Street restaurants, shops etc. Pool was fantastic with a good balance of shade areas if you needed. Balcony was quite spacious and well furnished. Price was quite good considering its location and being Noosa.

Both showers had sand in the base, 1 had the last guests soap left in it and the laundry trough had an opened detergent sachet sitting in it. We mentioned to Reception who partly offered to do another clean but as we were only staying 4 nights, we didn't bother. No pegs for clothes horse either!

Fantastic location - just across the street from the main part of the beach and right next to Hastings Sreet with all its restaurants and shops. Our family room wasn’t huge but it was nice and we had everything we needed. The balcony was good for having breakfast outside each morning (and visited by cute rainbow lorikeet parrots). Elevators made access with small child and pram easy.

Lots of window blinds that had gaps on the sides or you couldn’t close them properly - meant the room was only semi-dark all night. Seemingly no daily rubbish collection from the rooms. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was a bit superfluous and made bathung our toddler a bit trickier.
