Liked the privacy and spaciousness of the room. Rooms were clean and air conditioned

There was inadequate communication about how to check in and that we needed to go to the Sebel Hotel first to receive our key. We arrived before 4pm when the Lobby was supposed to close and no one was there. Luckily we are tech savvy and have local SIM cards making it easy for us to sort out quickly

The checkin process on a public holiday was stressful as the booking.com email did not pass on info of where to find reception to get keys and all phone numbers went to out of office due to public holiday.

Lovely pool and spacious apartments.

Check in staff at the Sebel had a manner that was quite short, almost rude when I arrived before check in time (despite being contacted by the property earlier in the week asking what time I would be arriving). The staff member that greeted me when I returned to pick up the key later on was lovely. If apartments are only serviced once a week then laundry detergent, toilet paper and dishwasher powder needs to be stocked for enough for a week.

Great stay at Palm Cove. The apartment is of a good size even when you have many kids running around. Everything we need was in there. Could reach out the main street after a short nice walk. The apartment is well located. A great value for money stay.

There was a big path of ants in the kitchen, so any snacks left in there ended up full of them. Shower on master bedroom was tiny. Again, no big deal for a short stay.

The apartments were exceptional. The furnishings were gorgeous and all the pillows and beds were so comfortable. The airconditioning was all on and the room chilled prior to us entering which was fantastic as the humidity was extreme when we arrived. The cleaning was excellent. The entire apartment was spacious and well appointed. It exceeded our expectations considering the price. While not located along the esplanade this made no difference to use as it was stinger season for swimming and we had a hire car.

Nice big pool which can accommodate many at once without feeling crowded.

Directions on how to pickup the keys and where to find the reception was very confusing.

Advertising from web site didn’t correspond with what was in the apartment. Loved the pools and beds.

Not enough dishwasher powder. Not enough washing machine powder. No extra rubbish bags. And didn’t get told about where or how to access the gym.

Well maintained gardens. Surprisingly quiet, feels residential rather than loud holiday vibe. Nice reception staff. Nice bathroom products and well equipped. Bonus wallaby hopping around the pool!

More sunbeds around pool and some little tables would be good- but no complaints really.

Loved it but a bit out of town for oldies to walk

A restaurant or some sort of eatery would be excellent We had to drive into town centre for breakfast and dinner Or maybe a curtesy bus to convey guests to town and back
