Apartment is good, clean, spacious, nicely styled, luxurious. Big balcony with the furniture including comfortable sofa. Big TV. All necessary kitchen staff for cooking and dining. Across the beach, waterfront, ocean view. Air-conditioner is in every room. Clothes rack, beach towels and beach chairs are all provided.

Toiletries were provided only for one person, booked for 3, maybe just being overlooked this time. Instructions of where to pick up the keys were not clear, the pickup is actually at the real estate office. Noisy at night and early in the morning, as apartment is located next to the bar. Not a problem if balconies are closed. Cigarette smell in the bathroom coming from outside, as the window is not closing, but not too much smell. Blinds are not blockout, so a bit lighter in the morning, not a serious issue.

Loved the room looked out to the ocean

Couldn’t work the TV at all No instructions and couldn’t find anyone to ask. Not clear where to go and leave keys. Some things missing eg knife hair dryer and again no where to comment and concerned I would be blamed.

No breakfast at the property

The bed in the room to the right as you enter the accom was totally unacceptable. The mattress is very depressed on both sides meaning you need to try and sleep in the middle, which is lumpy.

Loved the layout, decor, everything was amazing! Especially the outdoor day bed. Bed was super comfy. Aircon was a life saver. Location was perf and the pool was elite.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! However, probably not totally suitable for elderly people as no lift and on the third floor. As well as young children as floor in bathroom pretty slippery as drain is in centre on bathroom or a slight tilt. Coild do with a non slip mat. But everything worked perfectly for us.

I loved the view from the room and the location was central to coffee shops, restaurant, bars etc. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The real estate where we picked up the keys were very helpful and very friendly.

I didnt find the caretaker at the property itself very approachable....almost unhelpful. 2 chairs on the balcony would have been better than 1. I thought that the use of the laundry should have been free.

We had a two bedroom pool view apartment, it was a great size for a family of 4. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own space. The apartment was very spacious and in a great location. The restaurants were great, we didn't have a bad meal. O'Donnells Irish pub was a favourite. Service was always amazing. Espresso cafe for coffee, again great service and the coffee was so good!

People smoking around the pool! Reception was never attended. Outside light outside the bedroom window was annoying.

Loved the pool area, and the spacious apartment.

The apartment didn't have a washing machine and dryer, you had to go downstairs to use the communal one. Which with two young children is daily chore to do with multiple loads of washing. The stairs were a pain but only when arriving and having to lug bags up the stairs. The pub next door played music but was off by about 9-10 which wasn't an issue.

The apartment was well set up for the 4 of us sharing the main dining and tv rooms. We each had our own separate bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty or room to move around, good outside dining area.

The kitchen could have had a few sharp knives and plastic storage containers for leftover food. Very noisy at 7am but I would imagine all accommodation in palm cove would be the same.

view was excellent and the space great. the furnishing was pleasant and the provision to cook ok room prepared well with towels etc it was clean and tidy quiet and pleasant surrounds and location pool clean and parking for hire car was excellent

amenities not updated during our stay eg milk, coffee. no robes or slippers provided. no cooking oil there. fry pans too big for cooker. no tissues provided key access not available at office - had to go to LK Hooker no key safe code provided office unattended during the day

Great location opposite a very lovely beach. Plenty of places to eat although bear in mind what time of year you are arriving as food was not available past a certain time and we were unprepared. Did manage to get a dominoes delivery.

No lift so a bit of a struggle with cases up the stairs. Only two sun loungers around pool but not a big problem as beach across the road.
