The location is perfect on the beach. Quiet, comfortable and well placed as a base to explore from. The pool was excellent for a relaxed and uncrowded swim.

Well these are minor points, but easily fixed. The WiFi cut off late on the evening of our 7th day. It should have been available for the whole stay. The TV’s could not be connected to WiFi and did not have screen sharing from our mobiles, so we were restricted to a diet of commercial laden TV. The promised cooking facilities were lacking a proper oven. It was basically a microwave/ grill? Whilst the apartment was spotlessly clean, one persistent cockroach evaded captured, but it’s tropical North Queensland so we weren’t too phased.

The pool was perfect, so big and our kids loved it! The pool even kept warm on the rare cooler days during our stay. The kids had so much fun. The rooms were big and we had a kitchen full of all we could need. It was conveniently located on the Main Street opposite the beach and it was quiet and clean. Reception were really helpful too.

We were there for 11 nights and only had the room cleaned once. It probably would have been better to get at least one more clean in that time especially with 2 little kids. New towels are always great when you’re doing so much swimming!

I will definitely be staying here again! The location is fantastic, the staff are extremely welcoming and professional and they are always smiling. The staff here want you to have an experience you will remember forever. I cannot fault these wonderful people and their luxurious hotel in any way at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you stay here and experience the same amazing treatment which I received. 😃🙏🏼

The pool was far too warm. My showers aren't even this hot. But, this is north Queensland. It is difficult to keep a large body of water such as their pool cool as the tropical heat is always in control no matter what.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff were very friendly, had shared with us their local knowledge and were very attentive to any questions we had during our stay. The room, pool facilities and service from the staff were all exceptional. The gardens and resort are maintained beautifully, spa and pool were very clean, and the pool was very spacious for all guests to use. The property is located perfectly in the centre of Williams Esplanade, with cafes and restaurants at every point. We highly recommend Mantra Amphora for a family friendly stay.

There is nothing we can say negatively about our stay.

The apartment was nice, clean and spacious over looking the pool area along with the location of the resort, everything you needed was in the kitchen with comfortable furniture and a good size TV. Easy access to restaurants and shops as well

Signage and wayfinding. We couldn't find our way to the pool, there was no signage anywhere. Even though we were on the second floor overlooking it, it was like a rabbit warren trying to find it, we had to ask the maintenance fellow who showed us. It was the same in the carpark, No signage to show how to get to reception. This really needs to be improved.

There was so much to like! There was everything we needed in the apartment. It was really clean and well laid out. We love that it had two air conditioners. One in the bedroom and one in the living room. We especially love that we can control our own temperature (unlike many accommodations that are preset ) The beds were very comfortable and loved having a kitchen and patio. We loved our room location to the pool. Room 315. Just near the spa. We played cards on our patio every afternoon and sipped our wine and then had a convenient dip in the spa. The restaurant "Vivo" just next to the resort is the best and most convenient. (We tried two each day of our stay). This resort is in a lovely central location to the Palm Cove Esplanade.

Perhaps the cleaner made a mistake or do you use body wash in the shampoo dispenser ? They were both the same.

secure parking. great location. clean grounds. huge bed that was very comfy. it was also nice and quiet.

the bathroom is open to the bedroom via louvred shutter windows. ours didn’t close properly which meant someone on the toilet had no privacy and bathroom smells went into the living area. we stayed for a week and found washing our dishes in the bathroom sink awkward. there just wasn’t enough room to stack or dry them. the floor also became dirty and sandy but I couldn’t find a broom or dustpan to clean it with. after a week we felt a little cramped. having said that, i’d still go back. I’d just book a bigger room next time.

The room was modern, cool and clean. The resort is well located within Palm Cove. Staff were friendly. The room was reasonably priced. Despite being close to a restaurant the room was quiet.

The pool is beautiful but has no shade. The water temperature must have been 36 degrees during our stay so swimming was unpleasant. Few guests were using the pool. We booked an ocean view room and the pictures online look as if these are 1st and 2nd floor rooms. We were on the ground floor and these rooms have very little privacy from the street.

Room was clean and safe over looking the pool, stairs for me were fine however may be tricky for someone with accessibility requirements. $250+ per night with no breakfast is quite alot of money, but thats palm cove and was the cheapest I found in the area.

It was suitable to me, however if you want something beach front per se, you may have to specify this, as I had to walk quite a bit through the complex to get to my room and the room was right at the back of the property through x3 different gates past the pool etc. Like I mentioned, it was perfectly fine for me, however for others wanting beachfront, you will have to specify a room for that.

Great location, really nice massive outdoor pool, comfortable room and bedding, nice outlook from the top floor in unit 533.

I find it hard to believe the tv is not a smart tv, so no “Netflix and chill” or mirroring and it has a very limited foxtel offering with some antiquated menu , this really should be upgraded. Not that we go away to watch TV but in the rain or late at night you want the option. No Wifi included even though you’re paying the same if not more compared to others who do offer! It needs a technology upgrade! The room should have a spare loo roll and 2nd set of towels standard, especially on a 5 night stay, you can ask but if felt like we always had to ask, adding more up front would be more convenient. Only minor issues but would make for a lot a better stay :)
