Floor tiles throughout looked old fashioned and a little dingy in appeal Though still in good condition and kept clean In my room 207 there is a build up of grime at bottom of walls probably from mop when floor is cleaned. Could be avoided if cleaning agent was sprayed and wiped after floor is mopped Noted only one deli next door, without adequate fresh fruits supply. Perhaps make a mixed fruit bowl offer if ordered from guest a day or two in advance could be added choice.

Great spot, right across from the water and beside some local restaurants and cafes. The room was as quite nice, overlooking the pool. Staff were friendly, room was clean, not much to complain about.

The shower / bath mechanism was a bit fiddly at first to get the water flowing but it did what it was meant to do. Bed was two singles joined together, not a huge issue but if you need a firmer bed, it may not suit. Was a fraction soft. Car parking was fine at night, across from the property, but during the day it was a bit too busy so I had to park at the surf lifesaving club carpark which is probably frowned upon but there weren't many alternatives because if you have a large 4WD like I did, it's a struggle in the tiny underground carpark.

This hotel is really amazing, across the street from the patrolled beach, right next door to restaurants, take away shops, cafes, supermarket, so the position is unbeatable. The facilities are great, the pool is amazing, there is a coin laundry as well which for us was so handy since we're travelling with a baby. The apartment was spacious and well organised. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful!

A towel and some sheets were not clean but they changed them for us straight away.

The resort was in a prime position, handy for the beach and a simple stroll to bars and restaurants. The two BBQ's were easy and efficient to use. The staff were considerate and helpful and promptly responded to our request for a mattress topper straight away, with grace and courtesy.

We wish the swimming pool was heated. We realise it was the winter season but the water was just a couple of degrees too cold to be comfortable to swim in. The jacuzzi was great. Because all the room doors were 'fire doors' they all slammed shut with a loud 'bang' - enough to wake you up in the early morning and late at night....

Great value for money, the room was adequate and very clean. The kitchen area was minimal and we had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. This wasn't a problem really. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception wasn't staffed after 6 pm. It didn't matter though. When there they always smiled and asked you how you were and if you needed anything. There was a great pool with a BBQ area which was very clean too. The location was excellent - tight across from the beach.

There were lots of other options around with larger pools which looked higher quality. Paradise on the Beach was half the price and we were happy to pay less for what we had. Perhaps a bit more TLC in terms of a lick of paint etc. This didn't detract from our experience though.

The property has signs everywhere stating charges of 1 or 2 dollars extra for towels, water, etc and that if you don’t follow this or that rule it’s an extra charge. A bit like a low cost airline for a full service hotel. (if you want extra toilet roll it’s an extra 2 dollars-felt really petty and mean). They also don’t advertise that if you have to call them to reset your electronic room key it’s a 65.00 dollar call out charge. I think this lets down the notion of a luxury experience of a very nice property

Quiet, ease of access, bbq facilities, pool and spa facilities. Several Deck lounges around pool may be coming to end of life and require renewing. It’s just a lively place, with a lovely team and , for us, great value for money.

Initial room that was booked, whilst presented wonderfully, did not meet our expectations regarding a pleasant view. Really only good see a roof. The team though helped us out by finding a room that met our expectations and was happy to pay the extra to ensure we had a stay that not only met but exceeded our expectations

Closesness to the beach and restaurants The room access to pool and bbq were perfect. The use of the lift made life easy. Underground car park was great. The management and staff were very accommodating and were very helpful. They were professional and made our enjoyable and comfortable.

The ceiling fans needed to be repaired but otherwise we were very comfortable. Perhaps one more step to get in and out of the pool

Really beautiful, spacious room with doors that opened up to bbq/pool area. Very quiet and reasonably close walk to restaurants. Friendly staff at reception

Fresh towels as needed would’ve made the experience better instead of reusing them especially with how wet the bathroom floor would get and having to use the towels as a bath mat. Bed was a bit hard and there is only a sheet to cover you which wasn’t enough.

I loved everything about this place. The location was absolutely perfect. Being across the road from the beach was amazing. The close vicinity to all the retailers and eating venues also excellent. My studio room was so well laid out and spotlessly clean. Staff were a delight and couldn’t do enough for me. I really didn’t want to leave. 😎

If I had to pick some small thing I would suggest that a full length mirror would be a great addition to the room.
