I’d liked the location, 15 minute walk to habour, 10 minute walk to shopping strip, 5 minute walk to patrolled beach. Great value, excellent service and the room were spacious, very clean and inviting.

Didn’t like climbing 2 flights of stairs to get to our room but no big deal. Our room our room are overlooked the pool and it did get a little noisy during the day, but it was school holidays so I’m sure it would’ve been a problem otherwise.

We enjoyed the location of the property being so close to the beach and the main streets. The pool was great. Unfortunately the shade sail over the pool was still in place, which perhaps during the middle two seasons of the year, it could be taken down to benefit from the little bit of sun. The timing of when we stayed the weather was quite poor, so the limited sun would have been good to catch. It was relatively quiet, other guests were non intrusive.

Just as mentioned above about the shade sail over the pool during May. I would recommend removing it from May through to September, but clearly this may be a compliance issue. The air conditioning unit in our unit was fairly noisy and so we turned it off when going to sleep but would wake up during the night and have to turn it back on again. We stayed in unit 25 and it was well appointed and clean however the clothes rack was broken so drying clothes was tricky.

We loved the balcony view! And the size/layout of the balcony and apartment. As I was travelling with my grandparents as well as my 3 month old baby, we needed accomodation where we could spend a lot of time there day and night and this apartment was perfect. Perfect distance to the main st - 15 minute walk or 5 min drive. Apartment was spacious and quiet and just lovely! Pool was great too.

The fans didn’t work unless on full which was a bit annoying and the cooktop seemed to short circuit and then itself off occasionally.

On the top floor was a slight noise from roof top A/C disturbing our sleep but fortunately was able to move to a lower floor and that fixed the problem First apartment whilst luxurious had torn and stained carpet in bedroom Second apartment had beautifully refurbished kitchen and bathrooms

Great facilities and surroundings including beautiful lush greenery. Great quality tennis courts, BBQ, and 2 pools. Perfect location close to the beach and safe swimming area, surf club and one small cafe as well as a short walk to main street. THe staff were wonderful and worked with any special requests we had such as storing luggage early and borrowing some pool towels before we had officially check in for our barrier reef tour. A few nice touches were also noted such as salt and pepper, sauce, olive oil spray etc at the BBQs and a clean tea towel.

nothing - everything was excellent. Not cheap but everything was very good - including the size of our 3 bedroom apartment.

EVERYTHING! this place was phenomenal! this placed ticked every box! spacious, fresh, new, fantastic appliances! ninja bullet, jaffle maker, blender, rice cooker, non stick fry pans, all the glasses! rooms were big, master bedroom fantastic, huge wall mounted tv, Netflix, huge ensuite, double basins, plenty of cupboard space, big WIR, a laundry, inside and outside dining tables, beautiful big comfortable corner couch a huge wall mounted tv in the lounge, plenty of towels! location exceptional!! the list goes on! i can’t recommend this place enough and we have decided this is the only place we will stay for future trips to port Douglas!

It was not a beachfront accommodation, yet only 3 minutes walk through dense trees. The beach is fantastic. The location of these apartments is really close to all shopping and eating locations. Also we were provided excellent service booking one of the best Daintree tours with Tony.

First floor accommodation, however, the lady at reception helped us with the luggage. No milk on arrival, and also sugar packets for 4 people for 3 days - we had to request at the reception every time.

Nice comfortable apartment done out with high spec appliances. On a very pleasant street just a short walk from the town centre We were late arriving and our key was waiting for us. We were quite late returning one evening and our key cards failed to work, As there is no out of hours receptionist we feared a long night- however, sorted within 15 minutes, excellent

It was very nice, clean and comfortable but probably wouldn’t use the word luxury.

Location was excellent! Apartment was clean and met our expectations. Pool was fab and staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pillows were very flat (we were in apt 2), and internet was intermitant at times. Also the lounge could have done with an extra chair as there really wasnt enough seating for 4 people to watch tv comfortably.

The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed to make a little home away from home. The larger of the two pools was a particular favourite of the children. I loved the proximity to the beach.

The only thing I can think of is that there wasn’t a water jug. I’m really having to try hard to find something I didn’t like. And our 4WD with roof racks was too tall for the undercover carpark so we had to use the ample street parking instead.
