Location was perfect, so close to the beach and short walk to the main street. Pool was great, a few pool toys and deep and shallow areas. Didn't use it but BBQ located in pool area. Parking easy underground. There was also a collection of things you could borrow (chairs, umbrellas, buckets/spades, books and strollers) in the foyer. The stroller came in handy for our almost 3 year old that we don't often use a pram any more, but on the last 2 days of our holiday, he was very tired, so used to walk down the street for dinner. The apartment was spacious, tidy and everything we needed. Nice balcony, felt like we were in the trees and were entertained by (fruit?) Bats a few times in the trees.

Rooms really good size, super spacious. Perfect location for us too, right by the beach and close enough to the town. Have recommended to a friend who has booked already. Great facilities for everyones use like camp chairs for the beach, umbrellas etc

Had 2 two-bed apartments booked and one was more recently decorated than the other. Would have been nice to have 2 modern one but was grand really. Both clean and spacious.

The location is great. Short walk to everything. Perfect if you don't have a car and aren't wanting to travel far for site seeing. The unit had everything we needed to make it feel like home for a week. The pool is awesome and has some shallow edges and a spa which was perfect for younger children. The property can supply cots, highchairs, prams, camping chairs, umbrellas, books, beach toys etc. Very well managed.

I think it would have been nice if the room (14) had some newer blinds that made the rooms darker at night. In saying that, it wouldn't stop us from booking the room again. It would just give the accommodation a great simple lift.

We loved that it was so close to everything - Four Mile beach with it's walkway up to the view point, town, shops, etc. We only stayed a couple of days on a two week trip to Australia & New Zealand and we wished we could have taken that apartment with us! The two bedrooms were far enough away that our teenaged son could have his own space. The outside areas and chairs were pure bliss - to sit and read or listen to the birds at the treetop level - we were on the 3rd floor. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! If you're there on a Sunday, be sure to check out the market - it's very fun!

We didn't go to Port Douglas with a specific plan in mind and I wished the front desk could have offered better insider tips. We went to Mossman's and were not impressed - and he told us Daintree Forest was more of the same. We did not find that to be the case. We took a day and drove up to Cape Tribulation and were so pleased we did - the winding roads and beautiful beaches and views were well worth time.

The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean, well equipped. Nice balcony. No noise issues. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Not too far from the town and Marina - walking distance. Swimming pool looked very nice but didn't use as too busy with other stuff.

No tea-towel in room so had to dry crockery with a hand towel. Did report this and was promised an additional hand towel as no tea-towels available. Extra hand towel didn't arrive. Water pressure in shower not great. No extractor in second bathroom. None of this detracted from the overall positive experience.

Perfectly located near the beach and off the main shopping strip, so walking distance to everywhere. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Room had everything we needed, and huge balcony. Pool is perfect for families, especially with young children as it was heated and had great shallow areas. Very family friendly accommodation.

The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t overly comfortable. We were located near the outdoor waste area, so if there was extra smelly days it would come into our apartment through the laundry window.

This is a very comfortable place to stay in a great location. It's a 2-minute walk to 4 Mile Beach or a 15-minute walk to the shops. The 2 bathroom and 2 bedrooms set up was great, the kitchen had everything you could need, there were fans and air-conditioning (which was on when we arrived which we really appreciated), there is a large, covered balcony and a great sized clothes rack so you could do a load of washing in the laundry supplied in the room.

There was not anything that we didn't like about the place. We would stay here again.

Very close to the beach and short walk to the McCrossin Street for restaurants and shops. Generous balcony and on site parking. Unit clean and kitchen well appointed.

We stayed in Unit 15. The tv was pretty old and failing. Mattress a bit too hard for my liking and outdoor chair cushions worn thin and need replacing.

We couldn’t ask for better location, only 2 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to the main street with all restaurants and shops, very convenient! The apartments are specious, pretty clean, and have everything you need!

the only think I would suggest to replace is frying pans for new ones, they are old and gross. we used the kitchen almost everyday.. it would be so nice to have nice and NON STICK frying pans:)

Great location, very short walk to beach and restaurants/shops. Apartment was a good size, well equipped and very clean. Good wifi and large tv channel choice. Pool area was nice and well maintained.

Bathroom set up wasn't ideal with sliding louvre doors into bedrooms a bit strange, providing little sound/light proofing and no extractor fans in bathrooms.
