The room was well equipped and clean, pool was great especially being heated. Great close spot to walk to the beach and not too far to the the Main Street area.

The shared deck outside our 6A 1 bedroom apartment was not ideal. Very awkward when next door is using the the deck lounges and you want to enter the pool. You have to climb over the person on the lounge to get to the pool steps.There is no spoken rule about the use of the shared lounges on the shared deck. We found we couldn’t use the longe most of the time as next door was always on both. Needs a screen on the deck between the rooms for privacy.

Beautiful resort and grounds. Staff very polite and helpful. Excellent location within a quick walk to the main street and Four Mile beach. Rooms were lovely and looked out over the pool. Studio room had kitchenette. Laundry facilities straight outside room were very handy. Bottle of champagne on arrival. Massage at the day spa was amazing. No kids.

Lacked privacy. The rooms were in a circle around each of the pools and you looked straight out from your room/balcony straight into the rooms/balconies on the other sides. Had to keep shutters closed otherwise people on the other side could see straight into our room. Was awkard trying not to make eye contact with other people sitting on their balconies or in the pool.

Staff were friendly, resort was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Room was spacious and relaxing with ample air conditioning. Pool was clean.

Someone on duty should go and check the pool chairs to see if towels have been left on them. We had a pool accessible room, and there was one day two towels were left on the chairs right outside our room, but the guests were not in the pool - they had obviously left the towels on the chairs to dry or to reserve the chairs for later. The gym could be better.

Wonderful resort! When checking in we advised reception it was our anniversary they kindly gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. She also recommended a couple of restaurants which were fantastic. We had a one bedroom apartment with pool access which was great. The pool was heated and we swam in it every day. The only negative was there is not that much sun around the pool area but you are a short walk from the 4 mile beach. Would recommend this for a relaxing stay without any kids 😀

Exceptional service and property. The ladies at reception were friendly and very helpful with ideas and recommendations. In fact, we were scheduled to arrive after reception hours, yet the lovely Liz stayed back and welcomed us and showed us to our room. The resort is located close to Macrossan street, but far enough to be in a quiet location. It was also within walking distance to the beach if you wanted to leave their lovely pools.

An onsite restaurant and cafe would have made it the ultimate resort.

Perfect location, short walk to main shopping and restaurant area and 4 mile beach. We had a room which took us straight out to the stunning pool area. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. The king sized bed was comfortable. Easy access to laundry facilities. Barbeque facilities. Clean well kept resort. No children.

No food or beverage facilities. Love a cocktail by the pool, but this option wasn't available. Room was a bit tight with the king sized bed. But neither of these are necessarily negatives, we had a lovely stay regardless, just something to be aware of.

The resort was well maintained with beautiful gardens and in a great location, with a few minutes walk to the main street of Port Douglas and Four Mile Beach. My partner and I had a studio room and loved how it opened out to our own decking and the shared pool, making for easy access. The room had all facilities needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and fan as well as a washing machine and dryer just outside our door. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall we had an enjoyable 5 night stay and did not want to leave!

The location could not be better. A short walk into the main street of Port Douglas or to Four Mile Beach. The location is also great in terms of minimal traffic noise. The pool being accessible directly from our balcony was another bonus!

Our bed was a little hard, but, that was not too difficult to deal with.

The pool access from the balcony was to die for, the ambience of the pool at night time is unmissable. Given the weather is often rainy, the pool temp is quite comfortable even when raining or sunny. The rooms are spacious even for the studio, and the bed is freaking massive. The bathroom shower is huge and great water pressure, plenty of towels provided and good shower essentials. Quiet fun resort, lovely staff, honestly very lovely. They also helped us enable our engagement proposal without a hitch,l when the weather stopped us from our beach plans, it was fantastic.

The pool area could use a clean up due to the gardens, just gets a little dirty. The balconies could use a shade umbrella as well for relaxing during sunny days. The bin area is downstairs and very hot to take rubbish down into but no big deal if you get housekeeping. I think maybe a decent coffee machine in the lobby couldn't hurt either given its a adults resort, but overall great stay.

We had a lovely stay with no children which is a bonus. Receptionist was lovely and helpful. We had a pool access apartment which was so nice to be able to swim without walking too far. It was very quiet and the resort so very peaceful which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay again.
