The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, we were surprised there were two balconies! An extremely comfortable home away from home for our trip. My fiancé loved when the fire torches were brought out at night - made for a great ambiance.

The WiFi did not work; it would not allow us to connect. When I queried it with reception, we were advised they would need to get Telstra to repair it. Not a great look for a hotel in 2024 not to have working WiFi! The pool water temperature was freezing - it was warmer in the ocean. They really should turn the heater on if they have one. The pool bar was advertised as being open until 5pm however I observed them closing at 4pm without explanation - the pool area was quite busy too, so it was unclear why the early close.

Beds and pillows were great, the adjoining rooms were great for our family. The pool area was such a fun place to spend time as a family. It was easy to order food and drinks when we stayed at the resort for dinner.

The staff member who checked us in was abrupt and disinterested to say the least. She only made eye contact with me once at the end of the whole process, otherwise just looked at her computer screen and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She demanded ID and credit card as if I were a criminal and didn't still didn't even look at me. Her rude tone and manner made a terrible first impression. The room keys she then gave me didn't work on the doors. My husband asked her a question on another day during our stay and she was very unhelpful. He then spoke to a different staff member who was more than happy to help.

Amazing pool area, there is a pool bar. We enjoyed table tennis as well. You can drive to the centre only minutes away or use the e-scooter. Our apartment was very roomy and nice and clean. There is parking outside with many spots available.

Very uncomfortable beds. With breakfast we were disappointed. Online we got offered $17 per person for breakfast, but charged $20, hot food was cold and bacon impossible to chew. No pastries, not much choice overall. No pool towels, when we asked, they sent us to the reception, where they had none as well and no-one bothered to help .

Great location, superb pool area and grounds to the resort, pool towels available every day. Huge car park as it is not in the centre of town. 1 bed apartments were spacious with good balcony. Washing machine in the room.

No lifts to upper floors, kitchens have the basics but not enough if you want to cook each night, rooms are very basic as far as furnishings go, not much decor, shower is over the bath which can be tricky for some to get into, and shower head is very low, not great for tall people.

Just what I needed for a week of rest and relaxation. Close enough to town to go in and out by shuttle bus as often as you might wish, but far enough away that you’re cocooned from any noise or buzz of the town centre. A lovely big pool, surrounded by lots of greenery, gives a wonderful resort feel. Large room, with self-contained facilities if you want them. Clean.

A wider selection of meals to purchase at the pool bar, with a greater focus on healthier options. The fan in the bathroom that never turns off and is very noisy. This has its pros and cons - it keeps the bathroom dry, but the constant noise means the bathroom door needs to remain shut constantly.

Room was spacious and well appointed. Pool was sparkling clean and large enough to accommodate adults and kids Parking easy and convenient Staff friendly, helpful.

Breakfast just average, needs retuning. More cereals choice, barista coffee should be free, not an extra cost. Juices MUST include orange juice (not ambient drink). Hot foods were excellent and good, wide choice offered, especially poached eggs. Music too loud, rowdy for breakfast but deck area quieter, lovely. Pool Bar is great but please, stock non-alcoholic beer for non-drinkers?

Sorry to say this but I have to give you feedback on this; I asked if you had Anchovies for the pizza I ordered and bar person said I would have to ask Chef, but it is the Hospitality Staff who has to ask chef not the Customer. After the staff person asked the Chef, he came back and said sorry that the Chef had no Anchovies. Then a few minutes later the Chef came out and said that he has Anchovies (he found them), I asked to have them on the pizza and at an extra charge, it was not done. So I had a pizza with no anchovies when I asked for Anchovies. Its a Customer Service point to look out for attention to detail and to give what the Customer asks for to the best of your ability, that's all.

Lovely quiet area, we were away from the pool which was perfect for us. The shower and spa bath was wonderful and bed was comfortable

The cleaners never completed the rooms properly. We were always ringing reception to say there were towels missing, no coffee or sugar as it wasn’t refilled. Being an apartment there was no toaster which was strange. And we were told at check on we had to choose to have the buffet breakfast there and then to get the discount, this is ridiculous. If you are a guest you should be able to choose

Loved that everyone was so friendly and always offered to go above and beyond. The bed and pillows were also super comfy!

There was no mattress protector or fitted sheet so it kept completely coming off. Also had a double bed doona/duvet on a king sized bed. The fridge froze all of our things even when we turned the temperature to the warmest. Lots of ants everywhere, online food ordering app never worked and when we called to order over the phone they just said to order on the app even though we told them that it wasn't working. All crockery was also not clean at all so I had to scrub it all before using anything.

Location excellent. Comfortable room. Superb gardens, layout of the grounds around the pool. Decent breakfast and good food in the main restaurant in the evening. Friendly helpful staff

Staff Services around the Pool might be a tad better. We had to chase up for clean towels one afternoon, and tables with used plates/glasses etc could have been cleared more quickly. Small issues but would just elevate an already very nice hotel to the next level.
