great pool. amazing chef - dinner was delicious.

quality of room service needs to be improved. No food after 8pm was a bummer. we saw many other guests and ourselves going out for dinner becuase we missed the hotel dinner period. would be good if the hotel offered 24*7 room service.

Love this resort, great pool and swim up bar. Shuttle bus into town. Restaurant has a great selection. Walk to the beach. Clean rooms.

rooms are a bit outdated

we really liked the facilities, the sceneries and atmosphere in itself were amazing!! The bar staff were so friendly and made us feel very comfortable, it is amazing how many activities and game there are to play, will definitely come back!

We didn’t like the two single beds pushed together as the bed stoppers kept coming off and the bed was splitting apart during the night. A few of the staff were blunt and didn’t seem too friendly but Laura was exceptional! There were a few crumbs on the table where the food ammenities were and the shower head was spraying everywhere over the roof.

The gardens were great, well maintained and the bed were comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far but not too close to town either so it felt like you were in your own little world. The pool was 28 degrees, swimming was so easy but unfortunately we didn't get to swim much as there is nothing for smaller children really.

The lack of space away from the dining area to sit and enjoy things. The food isn't great for what you pay for it

Great place to stay. Pool and restaurant facilities were great. Comfy beds too. Clean rooms.

Old TV. Unable to use for movies. Not smart TV. No foxtel available. Hard sell on the Wyndham timeshares from check in. We tried to get out of it and very hard too. Had to sit the meeting. No as an answer is not in their vocabulary. I had to be really firm. They accepted but it was made to feel like you couldn't say no. This was a turn off for our stay especially when hit up about it from check in after a long day if travel.

Staff were exceptional. Very helpful, especially Lucy at concierge. We were celebrating our one year wedding anniversary and got given a glass of bubbles on arrival. Nice touch. Pool table and table tennis were fun and the beach was easy to find by following the well placed signs

Breakfast took a long time to come. Seems they were short staffed perhaps. It would be handy to know about extra facilities such as the shuttle bus without having to ask. Perhaps have some signs up or pamphlets available at reception.

The resort was beautiful. A real tropical oasis look and feel. The lagoon pool was lovely and warm. The beach is nice and flat for walking along. The hotel room was clean and basic with a comfy bed. The spa deep tissue massage was excellent.

The restaurant food was very basic. I suppose the rooms near the pool could be noisy with kids in holiday season but we went out of season so not too bad.

The resort is set in beautiful tropical gardens, the restaurant is built around the trees so the resort feels part of nature which is just lovely. Bar, restaurant, pool, reception, all exceptional. Location is great away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet an easy 5 minute shuttle or drive (or an easy flat cycle). We also walked along 4 mile beach into town one morning which was lovely. Our room was huge and had absolutely everything we needed.

The only thing we would say would be a negative was that the fact that the upper rooms don't have balconies but really that is only a minor thing.
