The food menu is too small for the kind of property it is. Really need to have more options

Close to the beach and has a lovely pool to relax in. only a short drive from the town centre. Really great restaurant Aluco, highly recommend the barramundi, the best in Port Douglas in my opinion.

A lot of kids which wasn’t ideal for a couple’s romantic getaway, the breakfast wasn’t great value for what you pay and would suggest going to Choo Choo’s at the marina 8 min drive down the road instead. The gym facility wasn’t really great, very small with 3 pieces of equipment and very light weights, for the price you pay I’d expect better facilities.

It was my birthday so it was a lovely surprise to find a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in our room. We were also offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco before dinner in the hotel restaurant. Dinner was delicious and the service was first class. We had a two bedroomed unit with private plunge pool. It was spacious and very comfortable, even though a little dated. The washing machine and drier allowed us to get all our laundry sorted for the rest of our trip.

The pool area was difficult to access and noisy as it was the weekend so full of screaming children. We didn’t use the main pool as we had our own private pool which we made do with. The resort is arranged in a most peculiar way. I don’t think we would have enjoyed staying more than one noght here.

Amazing view, biggest pool I've ever seen and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was also amazing, by far best I've ever experienced.

It is inconvenient that when there are weddings happening they are done right at the end of the lobby and the restaurant is unable to serve guests - it is a 10min drive to any other nearby restaurant. It would also be good to have some night entertainment for the adults.

We had a relaxing stay in the 3 bedroom villa for our honeymoon. The pool and pool bar were highlights and all of the staff we met were so friendly. The room service was so good! Our villa had great access to the beach and a really lovely, chilled vibe. The breakfast is plentiful although there was little to no variety so we skipped it one day. There is a shuttle service which is great to get into town. Port Douglas has so many great places to eat too!

The housekeeping was lacking. On Day 2 after the cleaners had left we noticed they did not clean our private spa, take our towels from the spa or our room service rubbish. We spoke to reception about this and were told they would make a note of it. The spa wasn't cleaned for the entire 5 days, rubbish was left in the bins and some of the towels left even though they were dirty/wet. I'm not sure if they're short staffed but for what we paid for the room we expected better, especially after bringing it up with reception.

Our room was fully self contained with swim out access. We loved our room and the resort, we were super comfortable and all of the staff were lovely. Housekeeping was excellent, the bar was excellent, the pool was excellent. There was a local bus making it super easy for us to move around town. Overall a wonderful stay.

The gym is very small for a resort of this size, an upgrade of the fitness centre would make a huge difference. The bathroom in our room was very dated, dim and old, there was a huge step to get into the shower over the side of the bath. We expected a more luxurious bathroom however this would not stop us from coming back!

Fantastic facilities, pool overall was amazing it really had a resort type feel. The staff were excellent and great breakfast choices for buffet breakfast. Shuttle service and tours organised from hotel really efficient. Great atmosphere and vibe

It is a little further from town centre and the ants situation is pretty bad. Just some feedback to attempt to fix ants in the kitchen and bathroom, having ants around the sink is pretty gross and makes you not want to use any of the kitchen facilities. The rooms are a little outdated for the money you're paying, needs a bit of an upgrade.

Private pool and main pool were great, The three bedroom apartment was lovely. Beautiful setting.

The windows and pool need maintenance - look a bit shabby and dirty. 2 caffeinated coffee pods and limited tea bags for 6 people for 2 nights seems stingy. Housekeeping were able to provide more however.

The staff and facilities were phenomenal! Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing and the spread was perfect for whatever you wanted!

The downfall was the internet and TV reception, which was barely connected throughout our stay, We spoke with a few other people who had the same issues throughout their stays as well. It's advertised as included but didn't work for our 7 day stay.

Stunning facility. beautiful pool area. Restaurant pricey but food worth the cost. Staff very helpful. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointed with the cocktails we had at the pool bar. Need a car if you intend to travel into town.
