The place was very nice and the staff were very welcoming that the unit were we stayed was beautiful apartment it was the perfect location and c close to everything to the shops transport and the was 2 minutes away the beach the swimming pool was beautiful great place for to stay there with family it's worth the money I'm very clean the rooms were I would stay there again it's worth the money.

It was the best place to book to stay there I had a wonderful time with my partner and my family I would stay there again and it's worth the money and the staff with friendly when you arrived oh yeah

Our apartment was excellent, but other friends who stayed in different rooms were a little disappointed, so we got very lucky!

$250 cleaning fee if we didn't empty the dishwasher? Surely as long as the dishwasher is on and all dirty dishes are in it (not left on the bench or in the sink) that should be ok...

I want to thank all contessa staff and management. The apartment was so luxurious. I loved everything. There is no fault I could give. You have so much to offer as we are a fifo group of friends that wanted to spend our time in Gold Coast to experience what gc has to offer. Contessa apartments was close to everything.

Location is fabulous.

At the last minute we were told that we could not use aspects of the unit and facilities at the property. We were also told we could use the visitor carpark, but each time we did a notice was placed on our cars with the body corporate bylaws. The mixed messages from the property were very difficult to navigate.

Perfect location, private based units,

The unit was short on essentials for a weeks stay. No salt & pepper, half a chuX doesn't last a week. The complex needs to provide basic essentialS for holiday makers not just what is provided in basic motels

Perfect location to beach and shops and walking track. Excellent in house pool , spa and gym. Check in was easy with a great staff member with a lovely manner and informative. Nothing to much trouble with any staff there.

Ladies at reception were very lovely. The car park underneath was great and good sized spots. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were a little dated but very tidy. The very from our balcony had a bit of every view. Lovely park right next door.

On arrival the reception failed to mention how the lift works, we had to return back to the reception and ask for instructions.

The apartment is nothing short of stunning. Alot of money has been spent here, getting everything just right! The furniture and fittings are quality! The owners have put so much thought into every detail! Seriously this apartment is above and beyond! The manager was so welcoming, check in was a breeze!

There is nothing to dislike here!!

the shower over the bath, and the overgrown plant in the balcony, and kitchen cupboards and draws are showing signs of abuse, and the bed a little firm for my likely. None of these things affected my stay. I’ll stay again.
