We were in room 42, the three bedroom apartment. If you can afford to pay extra, do it! The most spectacular apartment, views are amazing, plenty of space and feels very private. A short walk to surfers paradise and the facilities were awesome. We used the tennis court, pool, spa pool and gym (all new) and were the only ones using them at the time. Would definitely stay there when we return. Thanks to the host who spent the time on our arrival making us feel welcome and providing us all the information we needed to make the stay enjoyable.

A very clean sub-penthouse full of amenities on the 25th floor, with magnificent views of the beach and the ocean horizon, close to most attractions and hotspots in Gold Coast. There were three bedrooms one was a master suite. In the main bathroom there was a dryer and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with induction stove. Split air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms and the main kitchen/dining/living area. A smart Tv in the living room with Foxtel. Included was unlimited wifi, parking, access to gym, pool, plunge pool, outdoor jacuzzi, cabana area with BBQ and tennis court. Building had secure access from the basement carpark, at main entrance and accessing lifts. Cross the road and you're at the beach which is regularly patrolled. Within walking distance to local shops and restaurants in Tedder Avenue; short driving distance to Pacific Fair mall, Skypoint Tower, Cavill Avenue and Broadbeach.

Parking is quite tight with a large SUV.

WOW 🤩 Amazing views and perfect location. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I loved having my separate wing with views. Everything was clean. When we had a problem with the taps in the bathroom they organised a plumber that day. Our only criticism was that the main pool needed to be much warmer as it did get any sun and was too cold.

The main pool was too cold for winter, it didn’t receive any sun. Needed to be warmer.

Our 2nd stay at Waterford on Main, it is a fantastic location, has breathtaking views, and worked very well for a family with young children. Large apartment style made it feel like home. Great facilities, kids loved the pool and spa.

Underground Parking is a bit of a tight squeeze if you have a large family car, so we used visitor parking instead, but there was always somewhere to park within the grounds, so no complaints.

The view worth million dollars! I watched sunrise every morning from my bed. I even saw a whale from the living room in one afternoon. The apartment almost have everything we need. The Gym was newly renovated and well equipped. The pool and spa were clean. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance (about 20 minutes) from the Surfers Paradise but it is not too close to the crowd. so you can also enjoy the peace.

Some parts of the apartment do reflect its age it was not too bad. The sound proof of the windows is not too good. But if you enjoy to sleep with the ocean sound, then that's another bonus point.

The hosts were excellent. Damien was really friendly & helpful. Recommended some great places for us to go & made us feel welcome when we arrived. He also made a good effort for us to check in a bit earlier too, which was very much appreciated. Thank you Damien!

The place was generally not clean, especially the second bedroom. It had layers of dusts behind the beds and on skirting boards( appears to have not been touched for sometime). We asked for the bedroom to be cleaned and it did, but really the whole apartment needs to have a good spring cleaning

Great location opposit ethe beach. 15 mins walk along the beach to Surfers Paradise or 5 mins to the local shops. The apartment was clean and well supplied with cooking equipment and the view was outstanding.

This apartment was exceptional. We loved staying here, the view was incredible - we even saw whales from our balcony! It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It was very spacious for our family of 4. We can't wait to come back on our next holiday. The lady who checked us in was lovely and gave us so much information on the area.

Everything was perfect. No complaints here!

We were booked for three nights and loved the property so much, we cancelled our hotel and stayed an extra two nights. The views are exceptional - we watched the sunrise from the bedrooms and whales from the lounge. The pool, spa and bbq area was perfect for our kids (age 7 & 9). We loved that the location was just out of the busy Surfers Paradise centre, but close enough to get to. And easy walking to Tedder Street, with great cafes, bakeries etc. Emma was super helpful during our stay.

The views were awesome, the main bathroom had a spa bath which was wonderful, particularly with its fabulous view. The layout of the entire apartment was great, and the laundry facilities were brilliant (as we had a wet clothing issue). The Waterford on Main Beach is located close to EVERYTHING, a short walk for a great coffee/breakfast, restaurants and brilliant pub called Mano's.

There was NOTHING about the Waterford on Main Beach with we didn't like - except mother nature had it raining all weekend! (which made the delightful outdoor spa's fun to use)
