The location & unit was beautiful. Albeit two unit blocks going up in front, didn’t deter our Holliday with noise or restriction. Staff & amenities all good. Only one thing that was annoying, my husband had to keep changing colour on tv because it went pink & green. Otherwise all good.

No coffee machine in unit, & very little convenience items eg dishwasher tabs, washing liquid, washing pwdr. Or even milk pods, we didn’t arrive till 11.30pm & had no milk for a cuppa. Also instructions to get keys for unit when you arrive late was a bit confusing.

We liked the view of the beach from the high floor-very calming, relaxing, the location was handy, because it was very close to restaurants, the beach and more. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor swimming pools and spa, the full sized tennis court and the squash court. Apartment was very well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, etc and full Foxtel access was great.

The apartment was absolutely amazing we stayed in 14c and the place was privately owned they were away on holiday and obviously put there apartment on booking.com the place did not feel like a hotel it felt like being at home everything was well thought and the place was well designed I loved staying and I’ll definitely rebook ! The view was amazing

Walking distance to patrolled beach. Indoor and outdoor pools. Designated parking for each unit. Spacious and well laid out unit with Air-conditioners that worked very well keeping entire unit cool. Beds were very firm, but clean and good size. My well-built 6'4" son slept comfortably enough in one of the 'singles'. Very minimal noise from others staying at the property could be heard during the stay.

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon (after hours check in) was advised via email, prior, and upon presentation (via remote check-in), on the day, to present at check-in desk Sunday morning to finalise account. Was made to feel like a thief Sunday morning upon presentation with staff telling me I was "lucky to have been let in" as my account had not yet been finalised upon arrival; despite being a 'pay at property' booking. Soured the experience somewhat, unfortunately.

There were two areas which I think should be raised despite this being an amazing place. On the second last day of the stay a male employee just walked in the apartment with no announcement. When he heard we were there he left without saying anything. We saw the same male on a another floor soon after carrying light fittings. This is not a serviced apartment so we were quite shocked. We went to raise this on checkout but no one was there to raise it with unfortunately. The second and more minor issue was the bath had hairs in it and the dishwasher had smashed glass and something similar to coke. There was also no hair dryer as advertised so we had to buy one.

Beautiful View, very clean, close to the beach! Very nice large room, the beds are comfortable! We will stay here again!

1 week stay with family our 4. Stayed on level 15 perfect views of the beach from balcony. Everything was spotless. The rooms were clean and tidy had everything we needed for a family. Outside area and pools were immaculate. Reception and staff really go above and beyond the grounds and rooms are kept neat right down to the grass and gardens which just shows the work put in and the effort really left an impression.

Our stay was perfect especially with younger children beach was 1 minute walk across the road from hotel. 10/10

The accomodation was superb a beautiful apartment, we came for a 6 week holiday travelling quite a few miles through part of holiday , I must say walking into apartment, was unbelievable, absolutely stunning, clean ,had everything we needed and more, if we came back to Oz again , we would definitely book again with yous, it made our holiday on the last week , thankyou 👌😘

Nothing everything was perfect

Location, room size, cleanliness of facilities and welcoming nature of staff. Views of both the city and surf with double balconies and floor to ceiling windows throughout. Plenty of space to accommodate sleepy little ones with rooms tucked away from entertaining areas. Indoor pool space was heated and comfortable. Showers and changing facilities made using the pool a breeze. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped and made for an easier break when travelling with children. All equipment was modern and up to date with tech trends.
