Good location for beach and local restaurants, with underground parking.

The pictures in Booking. com are out of date, there is a new building in front spoiling the sea view for the lower apartments, we were on floor 15 which was just about ok, anything lower and you may be disappointed. WiFi was awful and glitchy, found it difficult booking trips and restaurants without a good connection, also needs some USB charging points and a shaver/tooth brush charging point in the bathroom, some of the above may sound petty but they are the basics for todays living.

Fantastic location, beautiful views of the ocean. Nice apartment with all the necessary for a comfortable stay. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. Property has its own parking. Renee at reception is powerhouse! Very friendly lady, who understood our situation and acted accordingly straight away.

The place would benefit of big in depth clean. The cooktop was not easy to ignite.

Whilst the apartment was clean and tidy, the carpet and couch would benefit from a steam clean.

The apartment was beautiful with plenty of room, staff friendly, professional and the location was amazing. Great views for watching whales during their migration.

The highrise building directly across from this apartment complex was being pulled down, the jackhammer and heavy machinery started early with horrific noise for most of the day. This did not allow me to study and needed to go to the library which defeated the purpose of staying. My 2 weeks stay pushed me out of the unit due to deconstruction of old buildings. Please ask staff before booking about the construction in the area.

Location was excellent. Right near the beach, near to shops and 500m from tram stop. Indoor pool and gym excellent. Our apartment had recently been renovated and was comfortable and quiet. Staff were lovely.

Only minor things that can easily be resolved. There was only the bare minimum of dishwasher tabs and soap provided, which meant that we needed to buy more over the weekend (reception is closed over weekend). Kitchen was a bit poky and the stove had a dodgy burner, but was well appointed ( I have young kids, so we cooked).

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I had the most beautiful view of the ocean from my balcony, everything was tastefully decorated and I could have online meetings during the day with good wifi. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a lovely pool downstairs. It is a little further away from the main shopping area in Surfers, but there is a great street a few minutes walk away with well-stocked grocers, a few pubs and all the amenities. Perfect if you want to be away from the business of Surfer's main area, which you can reach with a quick taxi ride. I could have stayed a few more days,

Loved the View. Could see the water from 2 locations, from the bedroom + the balcony. Very relaxing. It was a beautiful unit , Just been redecorated. ( only a small painting job to been done in some of the cupboards). Asked for a firm Bed as I have back problems. Also asked for a unit no higher than the 4th floor as My Hubby doesn`t like heights. The Lady & Gent that we saw in reception were Great too. All Very close to Excellent, we would definately stay at Pacific View Resort again.

The location was excellent. The view from the 19th floor magnificent. The availability of Foxtel is a huge bonus. The bathrooms were bright and clean obviously newly refurbished. The car parks were great, plenty of room no squeezy spaces to negotiate.

Very disappointed to have two beds put together in the main bedroom. This would be something I would specify if booking again. The floor wasn't clean under the lounge suite.

View and location are fantastic. Great to have options for dining close by no need for a car. Also having the supermarket close you can cook your own meals. Beach was also good sadly weather prevented us from using beach.

There were no information re where to put rubbish and recyclables. I worry about the noise levels when the building site out the front really starts. I guess because the weather wasn’t great we spent a lot of time in the apartment and that will not be a problem in the good weather.

Good location and the spa. Great having brunch at The Winey Cow.

Waiting until 3.30pm to check into our room. The cleaning staff were supposed to have informed us that the room was ready and they didn't. We decided to check out what was going on and went upstairs. Our apartment was ready. That was disappointing. We were weary travellers. Half a roll of toilet paper and no wine glasses. We bought our own and left them there. Two small bath towels. We felt a lack of generosity in the usable items. The manager Renee was very friendly and helpful. And probably would have dealt with these things if we had approached her.
