Good location for beach and local restaurants, with underground parking.

The pictures in Booking. com are out of date, there is a new building in front spoiling the sea view for the lower apartments, we were on floor 15 which was just about ok, anything lower and you may be disappointed. WiFi was awful and glitchy, found it difficult booking trips and restaurants without a good connection, also needs some USB charging points and a shaver/tooth brush charging point in the bathroom, some of the above may sound petty but they are the basics for todays living.

Fantastic location, beautiful views of the ocean. Nice apartment with all the necessary for a comfortable stay. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. Property has its own parking. Renee at reception is powerhouse! Very friendly lady, who understood our situation and acted accordingly straight away.

The place would benefit of big in depth clean. The cooktop was not easy to ignite.

Whilst the apartment was clean and tidy, the carpet and couch would benefit from a steam clean.

Location was ideal for us - not too busy, 3min walk to nice local eateries and shops and just next to two parks for walks and jogging. Comfort and views are great. Our apartment (note they are all different) was pleasantly equipped with nice in- and outdoor furniture with artisan touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was an upset on our arrival (miscommunication between booking.com and the property management perhaps), when we were initially given an apartment 8 floors lower, than it was in the booking. Fortunately the management did their best to find acceptable substitution for us. Carpets and some other pieces of the apartment are getting a bit old, but you stop noticing that in a day or two due to overall comfort :-)

The apartment was beautiful with plenty of room, staff friendly, professional and the location was amazing. Great views for watching whales during their migration.

The highrise building directly across from this apartment complex was being pulled down, the jackhammer and heavy machinery started early with horrific noise for most of the day. This did not allow me to study and needed to go to the library which defeated the purpose of staying. My 2 weeks stay pushed me out of the unit due to deconstruction of old buildings. Please ask staff before booking about the construction in the area.

Loved the location, very close to the beach. An excellent cafe below called the Winey Cow served superb food and coffee. Also, a quick 5 mins walk to the restaurants on Tedder Avenue was a bonus. Greek, Thai, Italian and fish and chips so close without going into the city. The views from the wrap around balcony was my favourite, never got bored of chilling on the balcony watching the sunrises.

Cleanliness wasn't 100%, maybe 95%, just needed the edges of the rooms to be thoroughly vacuumed.

Location was excellent. Right near the beach, near to shops and 500m from tram stop. Indoor pool and gym excellent. Our apartment had recently been renovated and was comfortable and quiet. Staff were lovely.

Only minor things that can easily be resolved. There was only the bare minimum of dishwasher tabs and soap provided, which meant that we needed to buy more over the weekend (reception is closed over weekend). Kitchen was a bit poky and the stove had a dodgy burner, but was well appointed ( I have young kids, so we cooked).

Usually self contained properties still provide sufficient toilet paper. I mean even public toilets supply toilet paper haha. So awkward going to the front desk to ask because one bathroom only supplied half a roll and we were there 4 nights. Also one of the bed sheets had some brown stains. It still seemed clean as I’m sure bleach is used but just a bit weird having pre existing stains on your bedding. But overall was still an amazing trip! Can’t control the building noises accords the street but the rest was amazing.

Loved the View. Could see the water from 2 locations, from the bedroom + the balcony. Very relaxing. It was a beautiful unit , Just been redecorated. ( only a small painting job to been done in some of the cupboards). Asked for a firm Bed as I have back problems. Also asked for a unit no higher than the 4th floor as My Hubby doesn`t like heights. The Lady & Gent that we saw in reception were Great too. All Very close to Excellent, we would definately stay at Pacific View Resort again.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I had the most beautiful view of the ocean from my balcony, everything was tastefully decorated and I could have online meetings during the day with good wifi. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a lovely pool downstairs. It is a little further away from the main shopping area in Surfers, but there is a great street a few minutes walk away with well-stocked grocers, a few pubs and all the amenities. Perfect if you want to be away from the business of Surfer's main area, which you can reach with a quick taxi ride. I could have stayed a few more days,
