The place was great. The staff were all lovely and accomodating. It was clean and tidy, the apartment was spacious and accommodated all 6 of us without any issue. It was quiet here and seemed very private with the way the trees and plants surrounded the place which was a plus for me. It was comfortable and overall an amazing apartment to stay in! It was within walking distance to the beach and tram, and about 25 mins walk from surfers paradise which was great to walk along the beach, makes the walk not feel as long. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Honestly there was nothing we didn’t like, the only comment I could make is that we were told after 7 days we’d get fresh sheets, towels etc. but never did. Although I’m sure just talking to them in the office would’ve fixed that so I don’t really fault them on that.

My family LOVED our 9 day stay at Surfers Beach! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, kitchen, laundry facilities etc, we all LOVED the pool we were in it every chance we got - early swim and a late swim. Great air con and fans. Terrific location, 5 mins walk to the beach and to the tram, which would take us anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the deck with great furniture. Highly recommend to anyone with a family wanting to stay on the GC, hope to be back one day. Thankyou!!

Everything was perfect 🥰 our apartment wasn't serviced during our 9 days, which was disappointing. Some clean towels, and a quick scrub down of toilets etc would've been appreciated, but we still loved staying here.

Room was clean

Check in process- was informed the day before we need to be there between 930 and 1130 to be able to pay the $400 deposit we which had to be paid via the efpost not over the phone which we arrived thinking we would have early access to the apartment which we didn’t. Apon arriving for this transaction we were greeted with an absurd amount of rules and things we couldn’t do. We were also informed that we shouldn’t have been booked for only 1 night - you are happy to take my money though ! - took far to long for our deposit to come back to our account

Unit 14 was very spacious for 5 of us and could easily have accommodated at least 1 more person - with a well appointed kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 with a bath as well as shower) and 3 good sized bedrooms. Also has a good sized washing machine and dryer. Plenty of storage space throughout. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool, spa and surrounding garden are very pleasant - and would be particularly nice in the height of Summer with shady spots and foliage all around. The apartments are midway between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, so within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc while being in a quieter neighbourhood - ideal for us.

A few extra towels in the unit would have been good as only 1 per person given (although having the washer and dryer enabled us to wash them at any time). Also separate beach towels available at the pool would be good.

The apartment was great it had plenty of space and was fully kitted out for everyday use the bedrooms were a great size and the balcony was nice. The BBQ area was spacious and well kept, the spa was lovely and warm and was nice to go back to after a dip in the pool. the manager was super friendly and easy going and was really nice to talk to.

there wasn't much wrong with anything the only thing my group didn't like was the aircon system when we inspected the vents we found one full of dust and when the filter was checked they found it to be blocked up with dust.

They provided everything in the apartment. Plates bowls cups cutlery. Washing machine, drier, towels. It had an oven, microwave kettle. All you needed was toiletries and food. Rooms were spacious for us 8. Location was perfect, two roads to the beautiful beach. And a short walk to the shopping mall. The gentleman who checked us in ( owner himself ) was lovely and helpful.

Personal opinion. Not judging. But the Pool was too warm as we would have preferred to dip for a cool down. ( British skin to the heat 🤣 )

This was a quiet little place that was close to everything. It was a 15 minute walk to broadbeach and surfers, tram stop just around the corner. The apartment was really well equipped with everything we needed- oil and condiments had been left by previous guests which just gave the place that really homey touch. The owners were very helpful and went above and beyond to help when we had an issue. This is a great little stay away for the family!

Fantastic location! So close to the beach and walk to Surfers. Great facilities and great staff. The apartment was clean and fit out with everything you needed for a stay. It was great to be able to do the washing when needed and the kitchen had everything you needed as well. It made the stay so much easier. The pool and spa were great too. Loved having three bedrooms, it made staying easier for our family. Thanks so much I would definitely stay again.

The location of the property was fantastic. Only a short walk to the tram which would take you to Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise or right through to Helensvale where you could catch a bus for a short trip to the theme parks. Literally around the corner, walk two (small) blocks and you are at the beach with a lifeguard station right there at the end of the street. Beautiful beach and quieter than trying to find a spot in the heart of Surfers. The staff were lovely, happy to have a chat and it felt like you had known them forever from only a short meeting. We arrived after the office had closed and the instructions to get into the building, the location of the key box and numbering of apartments made getting in and setting up exceptionally easy and no fuss. Checkout was just as simple. The size of the apartment was fantastic, we didn't feel cramped and there was room for everyone to eat around the table. The apartments were clean and we were very fortunate to have an apartment which had been recently renovated and had a lovely, new, six week old kitchen.

There was nothing we weren't happy with. The apartment was as we expected it to be. Rubbish trucks can be a little noisy early in the morning but that isn't a reflection on the apartment.

My Family loved the location, being easy walking distance to the beach, easy access to shopping. The accommodation included access to the swimming pool, spa and entertainment area with full BBQ provision. The unit was well set up for self containment and well furnished with trimmings containing three bedrooms. My partner and I loved the separate ensuite for ourselves. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The Kitchen facilities were modern with a very good array of cooking utensils and crockery suitable for a large family. The most pleasant experience was the level of hospitality and understanding provided by the vendor who always displayed an interest in their guests.

In regards to the accommodation the only down side was the Kitchen cabinetry needs updating but it was not a deal breaker. For the area, coming from a small town, the Gold Coast traffic and parking was a down side, but I guess you have to expect that for such a popular area. The only other down side was the expense of accessing the major attractions which limited our choices as a family but we found a lot of low cost activities available and enjoying the beautiful beaches was always free..
