Location for us was great. Supermarket and bottle shop very close plus nice places to eat. Easy to get everywhere and free bus stops almost outside. Apartment was lovely and big and washing machine and dryer excellent.

Unfortunately due to the lift being out of order we were on the first floor and had absolutely no view. The chap on reception was really helpful and did his best but the higher apartments had not been serviced as the cleaning crew were under a lot of time pressure due to using the stairs. Unforeseeable but we still had an excellent stay and enjoyed Adelaide very much.

Within the CBD hence walking distance to main attractions, shops and transport. IGA close by. Comfortable and well equipped spacious apartment.

More attention to housekeeping needed. Unfortunately no toilet paper on arrival, not tea towel. As I arrived after office hours I needed to purchase the former. Staff provided the tea towel on request.

Overall loved all of it. Local, easy to walk everywhere & convenient. Easy access to supermarket, pubs & restaurants. Really comfortable & would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

Only draw back was the bathroom needs a good deep clean. Mould & muck around sink drain & shower etc. Washing machine front loader needs a good internal clean from mould build up. This is the only thing I would draw to their attention, (which I did) everything else was perfect!

after hours check in available on a Sunday - great location to the free bus into town - parking was secure (but quite expensive and around the corner) - had something delivered and they offered to bring it to the room if we were out - gave more towels on request - dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment

parking was awkward to pack and unpack the car - shower leaked all over the floor and we needed extra towels to have on the floor - only one air con remote but we could share - second bedroom was very warm as the air con from the lounge room had to service is as well but it faced away from the door - could smell everyone's cooking in the foyer of the level

Great location, friendly staff. Apartment is clean and spacious and comes with a cooktop and a microwave. Balcony is nice. Value is pretty good.

Cookware consisted of one pot and sometimes, there aren't a complete set of wine glasses or cups. Air conditioning seems to turn off after opening/closing balcony door for some reason. Other guests seem to slam their doors a lot and may be to do with the dampeners. Cleaners seemed to have left empty beer bottles under our sink.

Had everything we needed and was clean & comfortable. Perfect location for a 21st we attend at the hotel around the corner - only a 3 minute walk.

We had a bit of trouble getting the after hours box to unlock to access our keys (looked like it has been vandalised previously) and we also struggled to locate the carpark as we couldn’t see any signs near the roller door & the button to open the roller door was broken so we were pushing the wrong button. (We did arrive in the dark & were rushing as running late which wouldn’t have helped)

Good Security. Good views. Spacious room. Only 4 rooms per floor. 1 air con in lounge room, 1 in the bed room. Full size fridge helps when staying a couple of nights, close to festivities,

No car park fob, so needed someone from the inside to open for you, which meant someone needed to walk from front of property thru to carport to open roller door, don't know how you would do it by your self. Room doors very loud when shutting, learnt not to let it go and let it bang, pity other didn't, shower head could do with a clean to unblock the holes water sprays ever where.

Spacious apartment, living room furniture very comfortable, as was the bed. Kitchen facilities all good. Location great - close to many eateries along Hutt St, and very short walk to bus stop where you can catch the free city circuit buses. The view south from our balcony wasn't too shabby either. We enjoyed the stay here very much. Also helped that we somehow seem to have gotten an upgrade to a 2 bedroom unit from the 1 bedroom that we booked. Recommend these apartments to anyone.

Only possible thing we could complain about was the thin toilet paper, and that it wasn't a smart TV, but only minor issues.

A spacious, comfortable apartment with everything you need, in a great location. There are buses (including free buses) a few steps away, cafes, restaurants and a terrific supermarket close by, but the building itself is in a quiet side-street. You can walk into the CBD if you want to or need to, eg if you're in Adelaide for Fringe, it's an easy walk from the main festival hubs if you get sick of waiting for a bus.

The apartments are in a small street about 1 km from the central markets, close to Rundle Street and the Botanical Gardens- close to public transport, including the free connector bus, but still very quiet. There is an IGA, a cafe and a pub all at the end of the street, an Oxfam bookshop around one corner and a very well stocked botleshop around the other.

The hot water took a while to heat up early in the morning, but was fine all through the day.
