My husband and I booked the Adabco while we were in Adelaide for our honeymoon. We arrived early before check-in time and the reception staff were really helpful and offered a space for us to leave our luggages while we explored the city. When it was time for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be offered the best room in the hotel which was extremely spacious with a large and comfortable king-sized bed. The amenities provided in the room were great with a kettle and and mini fridge, as well as smart-TV. The towels and linen were changed daily. There was even a common kitchen that guests were able to use which had a microwave, induction top with all necessary pans and utensils required. Will definitely recommend friends and family to choose Adabco should they be visiting Adelaide!

Shower in the toilet was quite small.

Very clean, comfortable, and value for money. Room was spacious with all the basic amenities. Not that we used them, there are communal kitchen and lounge areas. The kitchen has all the mod cons and was very clean when we looked in. Staff curtious and obliging.

A little bit out off the way but if you don't mind a short walk to the CBD, approx. 5min, you'll be OK. Don't let this put you off because staying at this location is very quiet. No traffic or weekend partying noise.

It's a beautiful hotel just 15 minutes walk from CBD. Everything was spotless. The full equipped kitchen for the guests was very special. I never checked in a hotel with a kitchen. The room was large.

The daytime staff went out of their way to help me.

I arrived after 8pm and reception was closed. I had to call a service who then helped me get my key and enter the hotel. However, there was no one available to help me find a restaurant near by. Since I was new to the area, this made it more difficult for me.

The location is very good, the room was good and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You are able to park a car outside the hotel from 6pm till 8.00am free of charge. This is a big plus as the parking stations are fairly expensive. There is on every floor a very well appointed kitchen. If you're staying for a few days or or more, it is ideal. There are stove tops, a microwave oven, plates cooking implements etc. The water in the shower was hot. this hotel is a great find.

The bed was very soft and both my daughter and I like a firm bed. We both had sore backs because of the bed.

The bed was very comfy, room is clean and the whole hotel was lovely. Breakfast deal with the nearby cafe is worth it - food was great for the value.

The communal kitchen area can be a bit better organized. Things were not so easy to find

WE really loved 5he kitchen area as this saved lots of money on dining out. The location was superb handy to a Cafe, the bus stop & handy walking distance to the city. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with the staff and dealing with issues. On our first night we found the bed was uncomfortable and requested a change to a king room, being happy to pay the extra. Staff were great and found us a king room with a much more comfortable bed which we held for the next 2 nights. Location wise, the hotel is a little away from the city centre but we were happy to walk and stretch the legs. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy - breakfast excellent with plenty of choices. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bed on our first night was uncomfortable but when we requested a change management and staff were very happy to oblige and our final 2 nights were excellent.

The history of the building and how the owners have maintained the vintage feel of the place complimenting period furnishings with modern. The hotel is walking distance to Rundle Mall and the parks, and has a few restaurants nearby for meals. There is also an IGA close by where you can buy supplies and cook your own food in the well-appointed common kitchen areas. The rooms are very quiet, and the block out drapes make it easy to sleep.

Bit of a walk to the bus for the airport, but hardly the fault of the hotel.

It was in a good location for an event we were attending, and walking distance to some nice eateries. The bed was large and comfortable. I liked the cosy heritage feel.

A few things were a little off-putting. The windows in the room didn't open so it felt very stuffy. Also while my kids were playing with their bouncy balls I had to move a few bits of furniture to get them out, whilst doing so noticed how filthy under the bed (tissues, paper) and under a cabinet (coins, seedpods and shards of Glass). I informed when checking out and the staff were very nice and apologetic.
